Fire hazard
Windows cannot be opened!!! Due to some fire code, the windows cannot be opened. Apartments are smelly and unclean. No fresh air!!!

The Commons at the Imperial Hotel
A newly modeled 1 bedroom apartment with hardwood floors throughout, except in the bedroom, which is carpeted. Bay windows in the bedroom with a northern view of Atlanta, Georgia. Full Kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a full and open bathroom with white tile flooring, but limited in cabinet space. No tub, but a full size walk-in shower. Building has concierge service and is up to date coded for internet, handicap, and all other certification. Fully remodeled in 2014, reopened January of 2014
