Property Ratings at The Concord
3rd day in, our car got towed because this complex doesn’t know what there doing or how todo there jobs properly, nobody’s been helping us retrieve our cars because the management is unorganized and careless to the live in’s problems or needs, they have attitudes when you politely ask for there help, or unwilling todo what needs to be done when it comes to addressing the problem.
Kayla, the property manager is friendly and helpful! Also, the place is clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Family friendly! If you have kids, and find yourself moving to St. Paul, move here! St Paul has a lot of crime, but this neighborhood doesn’t seem to have any of that. I love it here :)
I lived here for 2 years. Manager is no where to be seen or heard from. Mice in building. Porch leaks and they won’t fix it. Overall disgusting don’t move here not worth it.
Know that your rent will be jacked up $50-60 every single year you rent. There is a lack of parking. There aren’t enough spot in the lot for the amount of people living in the apartments. Maintenance is poor. I had a simple toilet issue and it took almost two weeks to fix. Also, it’s really difficult to get in contact with the office. I also received a rude email in return. Don’t waste your time.
I am a young woman who was ready to make a place to call my own. After searching and searching, I found Bryant Oaks! I have low rent, it's a super quiet complex and I love Alisha, she is super friendly and very personable! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to start out on their own!
The rent is excellent for what we get. Water, heat, and trash all included! It isn't the largest place of course, but the location is quite good. right on the river valley in a very nice neighborhood. we've had no problems with any of the neighbors yet, and the place is very quiet! If there were some things I would improve upon, the water pressure could very much be fixed and there are never enough parking spots it seems. Overall though the price is excellent, location great, and the community is nice and quite!
For the rent my boyfriend and I pay, you'd expect an apartment half the size with none of the amenities it includes (the only ones we have to pay for is electricity and phone/cable). It's in a residential neighborhood, so it's nice and quiet, but it's only a quick drive to the shopping area, and it's well connected to public transportation. If you're using this apartment in order to save up for a future home, it'll be a comfortable stay and you won't run into the other troubles other starter apartments do.
