I definitely recommend The Conley Apartments to anyone searching for their next place to call home. I’ve lived at several different apartments in Cedar Park, Leander and Austin and this is, by far, the very best complex. The staff are wonderful and willing to listen to you and they communicate well. There are so many amenities here! The the pool, gym, clubhouse, outside area with lots of areas to relax are well maintained. My apartment is so spacious with upgrades. I absolutely love it here and I don’t plan to ever move! Ive lived in May apartments throughout my life, however the professionalism and kindness of the property management here is something that I have not once come across. the Trash Vallet is the worst idea Ever , keeping breeze ways smelling bad and dirty all the time , also going to the pool with my family is something that I would not do because of people drinking inside the pool , dogs around the pool , teen agers from not from the Conley community , people playing music around the pool , I don't feel safe bringing my 4 year old daughter to the pool at all .

I spoke with Athena about the situation, and she stated that she had offered an additional clean be completed this week with our cleaning company; however, that was turned down. I would like to discuss other options with you to make this situation right and move forward on a better note. While the company we use is a professional apartment cleaning company, and we walk vacant apartment homes multiple times, I understand that sometimes the cleaning may not be up to everyone's standards. I like the modern finishes. My unit's layout is compact but doesn't feel small because of the open concept and high ceilings. I like that the bathroom can be accessed without going through the bedroom.

This is the best apartment I have every stayed at. It's clean, safe, and quiet. The pool is amazing, and gym is pretty nice as well. Apartment is overall excellent.

The Conley is my first apartment and it couldn’t be a better place to live at. The floor plans are spacious and it is a very friendly community. The amenities are fantastic and the office staff is very accommodating. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Convenient location for all the needs. Easy parking, clean surroundings. Friendly staff and get updates from them on time. Maintenance crew's response on the service request is great.

I have only lived here for a couple of months and so far it has been pretty nice. I had an issue with my fuse box a couple days after moving in but after placing a simple maintenance request, it was fixed the next day and I have not had any other issues since. The parking situation is not ideal but that is to be expected when living in an apartment complex with other residents in the same building.

Location is nice. It is close to grocery stores, shopping mall and school district. Neighborhood is okay. Less traffic around therefore easy to run errands.
