I definitely recommend The Conley Apartments to anyone searching for their next place to call home. I’ve lived at several different apartments in Cedar Park, Leander and Austin and this is, by far, the very best complex. The staff are wonderful and willing to listen to you and they communicate well. There are so many amenities here! The the pool, gym, clubhouse, outside area with lots of areas to relax are well maintained. My apartment is so spacious with upgrades. I absolutely love it here and I don’t plan to ever move! That’s how much I love it here!

Ive lived in May apartments throughout my life, however the professionalism and kindness of the property management here is something that I have not once come across. Everyone that works at this property is welcoming and helpful. The amenities are always up-kept and accessible. The unit i moved into was in pristine condition and i truly could not feel more at home here.

No increase in next year's lease which is a great savings. Second, the addition of Molly to the manager position was huge. Finally we have a decent landscape look and the entire staff seems much happier, day in and day out.

The Conley: Your Home Sweet Home I’ve been living at The Conley for 5 months and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. As a first-floor resident with a yard and garage, I’ve found the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living. The pet-friendly environment is a huge bonus for me and my furry friend. the Trash Vallet is the worst idea Ever , keeping breeze ways smelling bad and dirty all the time , also going to the pool with my family is something that I would not do because of people drinking inside the pool , dogs around the pool , teen agers from not from the Conley community , people playing music around the pool , I don't feel safe bringing my 4 year old daughter to the pool at all .

It is fine place to live here. Commute is easy for driving to work, school and grocery shopping. Away from Austin traffic and noise. It has okay neighborhoods.

I like the modern finishes. My unit's layout is compact but doesn't feel small because of the open concept and high ceilings. I like that the bathroom can be accessed without going through the bedroom.

Convenient location for all the needs. Easy parking, clean surroundings. Friendly staff and get updates from them on time. Maintenance crew's response on the service request is great.

I have only lived here for a couple of months and so far it has been pretty nice. I had an issue with my fuse box a couple days after moving in but after placing a simple maintenance request, it was fixed the next day and I have not had any other issues since. The parking situation is not ideal but that is to be expected when living in an apartment complex with other residents in the same building.

Location is nice. It is close to grocery stores, shopping mall and school district. Neighborhood is okay. Less traffic around therefore easy to run errands.

This has been the easiest, and most pleasant move I’ve ever done myself. The staff and property are top-notch! They are super friendly, attentive, and responsive. The grounds are well maintained, clean, and well landscaped. I got everything I was looking for, even a few things I didn’t know I wanted, like USB ports in several of the wall outlets, and fiber internet!! It really was an easy choice. I love my yard and garage too! What else could you want?? State of the art gym? Yoga studio? Resort style pool? Stainless gas grills(propane included)? You guessed it! They have all of that too!! Best decision I’ve made in like, the past 20 years…

I enjoy living here, this is my third year here and it feels like home. Staff is always nice, but they do need to work on their follow through when you say you will call or email someone back and never do it that’s a problem. Other than that the staff is wonderful.

We are so very happy living at The Conley! Our apartment is gorgeous with upgrades our previous apartment lacked. The amenities are definitely a plus! The property is gorgeous. Prior to move-in, we had a great experience with Jacoby and Athena. They were very knowledgeable and kept us informed to ensure our move-in went smooth.
