The cleanliness has taken a step backward and the walkways between apartments are often dirty. Not a good feeling when walking to and from the apt. Parking is a challenge for visiting spaces as people tend to park their vehicles for extended periods of time (1-2 weeks) and diminishing the # of available spots.

Overall experience has been a positive one. Any issue that has come up, the main office addresses in a prompt manner. The housing community is nice and quiet surrounding the apartment complex. Just wish people were more considerate of their noise level as walls/floors are paper thin and breezeway echo even the slightest sound.

Love our apartment, and the complex as a whole! The only reason my review isn't 5 stars is just because there seems to be a consistent issue with pet owners not cleaning up after their animals when taking them on walks (despite the fact that there are pet waste stations on the walking paths) and i wish more could be done to fix it.

However, it’s important to note that some units have had recurring problems with scorpions. While this has been a downside for a few residents, the management is actively working to address the issue. Customer service was great and the staff was amazing! The apartment was dirty and had a lot of maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of which made the first few weeks very inconvenient

My cat and I love living here. I’ve never lived in such a quiet apartment, it’s almost like there’s no one living next to me. Property is kept very clean and I actually feel comfortable and safe lounging by the pool by myself.

When we first moved in in 2020, this place was great and so well taken care of. Over the years, the property cleanliness has decreased. They continue to raise our rent every single year while pushing us into early renewal so that rent doesn’t continue to increase until we sign again. It’s exhausting. Just another corporate complex.

These apartments have been so far an amazing experience. Amenities are amazing not much to complain about. Other than the pool situation we moved in here because the pool was 24/7. Since we work some late nights after work we would love to hit the pool but they will now close before we are off work. Also pools need to be more secured we notice people who don’t live in the complex have visited the pool just by reaching their hand over to open the gates. Other than that I love our apartment. Great square footage for the price. Staff have been very welcoming!

I have lived here now for 3 month and i don’t regret moving in to the Cooper 202 community. It is clean, peaceful and really nice.. Repair service is taken care of fast and efficient.

I’ve moved here in the beginning of June and I love it although the parking is a bit annoying at times and the courtyard and pool at night has roaches from the sewers but the bathroom in my unit and kitchen are so beautiful and get comfortable.

Nice quiet place but could use some work to be better. They said the apartment was cleaned but there were several things missed. Not the best “welcome home” but the inside is nice.

My family loves living here at Cooper 202. The place is heart warming and the location is perfect. My teenagers go to Perry High School and the bus stop is right outside the Longhorn gate. Very convenient!

Really nice looking place. Pool and spa area are really big and is good for housing gatherings or get together with family and friends. Newly remodeled gym as well.

Apartment complex has been recently renovated. Two pools, dog "park" which isn't terrible. Doggy spa which sometimes has issues with the blowers but the washing stations work great. Overall it's decent. Noisy if you live near the road.

My partner and I just signed a lease here and we already love it! The office staff were so nice and helpful and patient with us while we were getting everything set up, The complex is beautiful, we had concerns with how close it was to the 202 but you can't really tell and its in a great area! Great experience. Cooper has been a great experience for me I've checked other apartment complex nothing compares to cooper 202. The parking is a little different I'm having a hard time finding a covered parking close to my apartment. My apartment is great it seems nobody has lived in this appointment. So far very pleased.

EV chargers have been broken for over a year and complex has done little to nothing about it despite multiple verbal and email requests over a period of 12 plus months.

The aesthetics of the complex, in and outside are great. The dog park is in poor shape. The hot tub is in poor shape and 80 percent of the exterior furniture needs to be replaced due to large tears in cushions. The flooring in my apartment is great, until you inspect it for damage. I do not think I have one good plank of flooring in here. Maintenance takes a long gn time, but it is because they aren't properly staffed. What I do see getting cleaned every day is the front entrance where perspective tenants enter. Guess they are more important than the people who pay to live here. Pools are horribly dirty and poorly taken care of. Fitness room leaves little to be desired. This is not real luxury people. You are better off paying a mortgage

Don’t move here there are tons of hidden fees. Management sent me the wrong lease information and they wouldn’t take responsibility. Apartments are tiny for what you pay. The community is very loud at night. The music is extremely loud near the pool at 7 am. These apartments are far from luxury

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I truly don’t recommend any family to move into this community. This is my first apartment i rented in this state I didn’t expect the hidden fees they are extremely expensive. The security of the place is questionable, gate in the back was open the entire year I was there. Management sent us the wrong lease information, rushed us into an apartment that was poorly painted and smelled horrible. Don’t expect your deposit back they will find a way to take it.. apartments are very small vs others in the area.
