We love the cooper! The best part is the staff- the maintenance, cleaning, concierge, etc crew. They are all super friendly and helpful whenever they can be. We also always feel very safe here and it is easy to contact the property if there are issues. Definitely recommend!

Overall amazing building. Great amenities, wonderful staff who try to know each resident by name, and quick maintenance request responses. The only downside is the distance from public transportation. If it was a tad closer to the bus stops or a train line it would be the perfect building!

A place I can call home. The Cooper is an inclusive community with a decked out amenities floor and amazing, helpful staff. Everyone is friendly. The best part are all of the freebies and community engagement events they host. Plus they even remembered me on my birthday with a Starbucks gift card. I can’t complain. I’m elated I chose to live at the cooper. Plus this community is only getting better by the day. This entire neighborhood is on the rise and it’s going to be the most happening area in Chicago for the next 5-10 years.

Happy living at the cooper. Rent increase can be a little less steep but good amenity and location as always. I would argue some community activities better than others.

Fantastic! Staff is friendly. Amenities are unparalleled. Environment is safe. It's close and centered to public transportation in Chicago and 10-20 min walk to anywhere in the Loop.

So far, so good! I really like it here. :) I do. It's a beautifully designed building and is always kept clean. The tenants are nice and can't begin to say enough great things about leasing, the front desk concierge, and security! Everything runs like a well-oiled machine and it's quite evident they care about their tenants. If there is a problem, they're on top of it. And maintenance handles things rather quickly. The 6th floor with amenities is sweet and looks like the pictures advertised online-that's always a plus. They have a special little floor for the fur babies to release their zoomies lol and a large area directly out back to walk them and/or just to take them out. I believe there's a dog spa up there too and they have a wall of cute colorful pics of dogs lining the hallway. It's really cute. They're centrally located and within decent walking distance to quite a bit of things-Target, Whole Foods, Post Office, The Loop, and restaurants. I've received a lot of packages since moving in and the entire process between picking up downstairs in the Amazon Hub or directly from the package room has been streamlined so well that I don't mind ordering every 5 minutes from Amazon Prime :) because I haven't had any issue with them and don't foresee any. I have ordered quite a bit and can attest to their efficiency in handling packages. You're notified via email upon arrival and once again when it has been picked up. They host events from time to time for tenants and the variety of amenities offered on the 6th is worth checking out. A couple of the smaller, enclosed glass office spaces are neat and a nice reprieve from the apartment space, if you have been working from home for some time and desire a change in scenery. I've seen a couple of people on their laptops working in them. There are flat-screen TVs, a large beautiful fireplace, and a vast bookshelf, if you just want to lounge alone or with friends and again a nice departure from your unit, if you don't feel like going out. The gym is great too with the wall-to-ceiling windows. I could go on and on, but I've written a novel already. :) They have a salon up there too. See, I'm gonna stop now. It's time to stop typing. But, bottom line it's a nice building, and glad that I chose the Coop! Oh, and if you're on the side with the riverbank, it is peaceful. There's something serene about the water and the view is nice.

After searching all summer for a space to stay, we decided to do one last tour at the Cooper and it was perfect! Spencer was very nice, helpful, and accommodating to our needs! We’ve only been here a week and we love the community already!

I’ve lived at the Cooper since Oct. 2018. The team here is amazing and they have the best amenities. The park and the new riverwalk is perfect for walking my new puppy. I’ve transferred units within the building and it was seamless and easy. The maintain team goes above and beyond. The building is super clean and they have done a fantastic job throughout the pandemic. I love living at The Cooper.

This apartment is run impeccably by the management. I have been living here since 20 months. The management goes above and beyond to make sure you make this place your home and live worry free. I have had any requested repairs be taken care of within a day. The apartments have nice interiors and a great kitchen. There are so many nice amenities (2 floors with lounges, swimming pool, nice sized gym, grills, chefs kitchen, party rooms, music room, gaming room, arcade games, pool table... the list just goes on), but more importantly these amenities are maintained amazingly well that it looks brand new all the time. Apartment events are conducted regularly with great thought and effort. The neighborhood is great with a new riverside park and new bars and restaurants. I loved my time living here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for luxury apartments in the loop. (Thank you Amy, Quinn, Issac, Alison an others!)

From the front desk to the amenities floor, to my neighbors (at least the ones that i met), to my unit (1 bedroom), I was glad to call the Cooper home while I lived there. Concierge Saying good morning to Alisha on my way to work to being welcomed home by Issac in the evening, I found everyone at the front desk to be highly helpful, accommodating, engaging and professional. Leasing office Had to reach out to the leasing office every now and then to reserve rooms, replace my water bottle and pool pass. I was always met with swift responses when I sent emails and immediate solutions when I walked into the office. Everyone I engaged with always seemed very willing and happy to help. Amenities The amenities were pretty good and easy to reserve. Coffee Machine Free until 10am on weekdays and 11am on weekends. Breaks every now and then but you kinda get used to it. Virtual game room Used a few time for golf, it was usually empty when I went in there but was reserved or had people in it every now and then. Media room Used it almost every Saturday morning to play a few tunes on the piano but room has so much more potential. Chefs kitchen reserved for a party, pretty easy process. A lot of people utilize this room for cooking (lots of steak). 29th Floor lounge Game nights or just a place to hang out and have some drinks every now and then. Ultimately, The Cooper felt like home and I highly recommend it. Resident (May 2019 - March 2020)
