I would imagine it's hard to find a place like this at a better value. The apartments themselves are new and awesome with great amenities, also very spacious. The staff and maintenance are responsive and more helpful than any previous apartment i have lived in and the very few issues we've had in the past year have been addressed right away. All inclusive with the ability the have rent paid automatically makes things worry-free. The location is also impossible to beat in my opinion
I have completely changed my vuew of the cooperage. Erica is the best and the maintenance staff are friendly and on point.

Be prepared for construction noise from adjacent units plus the roof replacement which has been going on for the last 4 months. Management is less than sympathetic. Walls between units are incredibly thin. You will overhear every conversation, television program, music station your neighbors are engaged in. Parking is extremely limited and towing of guests is to be 24/7.

Hi Kelvin - We sincerely apologize that you have been dissatisfied at our property thus far. The construction at the adjacent unit was due to the completion of the leasing office, which is now done - minus cleaning and completion of minor details in the interior. Regarding parking: we notified residents of our new sticker decals on 3/14 via email, informed them of 24/7 towing beginning April 1, and reminded them of our parking policy for guests. We haven't noticed a shortage of parking, but will send another reminder about our parking policy along with the towing company's phone number. We urge residents to report unauthorized vehicles in the parking lot, as we suspect problems that may be occurring are happening after-hours. We hope these changes will improve your experience at our property, and we appreciate your feedback!
