Property Ratings at The Cordelia
Unprofessional management that will yell at you if you inquire about your rent amount being incorrect, stalking you outside while your letting your dog out, and will will tell you you can only email them (because they don't deal with issues, just give a generic response) and still doesn't get back to you. I've tried to address my concerns and Jennifer ignores them. They are rude, uninviting and do not let her fool you. They only want money and do not care for tenants which is why they have jobs. Both of our brand new cars got broken into and damaged and the area is a lot worse. Theres a reason why the specials are soooo great. Still live here, and can't wait to move. I feel so unsafe and uncomfortable. I don't leave my apartment and I don't go for walks at night. Parking is non existent in evening.
I just moved into The Cordelia and I've been blown away at how kind and helpful the staff has been. Since I'm starting over without any furniture, and it's just me, large deliveries and endless Amazon orders have been a bit of a stressor. When I bought a couch online and the company couldn't change the delivery time to fit my schedule, Jennifer and Ashley came to my rescue. They were exceptionally flexible, allowing a humongous piece of furniture to take up part of their office for a few hours while I sorted things out at work. Then, when I arrived and realized there was no way I could move it by myself, a very kind person from their maintenance crew helped me load it onto a dolly and maneuver into the elevator and then into my apartment. This move could've been really difficult, but the staff here have helped and supported me at every turn. This has been the best move-in experience I've ever had. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful space with a friendly community.
My boyfriend and I couldn’t be happier with The Cordelia. Jennifer in particular has been such a life saver in making our move-in process go smoothly. She has been incredibly communicative and prompt and has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything went seamlessly. We can’t recommend them enough!
