We love it here! Clean resort style environment. The interior decorating of this property really has a knack for attention to detail! I love that the cabinets, showers, faucets and everything else are not the typical cheap selections that most apartment complexes offer.

Apartments and amenities are nice but that’s as far as it goes. Complex was built on a homeless encampment so there’s a lot of shady activity. Recently 2 homeless men got into a fight and one was stabbed and the other was shot right outside the complex in the woods, car break in have become frequent and I don’t feel all that safe walking to the Gym alone anymore once the sun starts going down. They also charge 75 dollars to park in the spots in front of the apartment and the trash service is TERRIBLE and completely unreliable, also they charge you for the most random things like having one bag next to the trash instead of on top or the the can not being out there with the trash. Have already made plans to move elsewhere after less than a year.

Apartments look exactly like when you tour them which is a rare find! Move-in day was smooth, only had to be in leasing office for less than 10 minutes. They even give you a gift bag waiting for you in your apartment!

The walls are very thin. They don’t tell you the full rent amount till when it is due. The amenity’s are incredible. Just wish they all worked.

I love our apartment and all the amenities, only thing I would want to change would be dog parks being grass or turf. Helps keep the dogs cleaner. Mulch gets them dirty

Sooooo happy to live at The Cordelia community! My apartment is just right for me! The space that surrounds me indoors and from my patio feels very positive and beautiful! The apartments are nice and the community is well kept. The management here is the best. The amenities are great also. The dog spa is great if you have pups to give them a bath , so you don’t have to do so in your apartment .

Move in was not smooth. Reps should do a walk through with new residents. Had to complain a couple times that no one came or called me back about my freezer. And the apartment was not cleaned at all when I moved in or else they would have noticed the freezer broken. I have sticky glue gunk tracks all over the floor along with grout and paint. The appliances had black marks all over. I have been scrubbing myself on my hands and knees using my own cleaning products. As someone with a lot of skin allergies would have been nice to come into a cleaner place that was really move in ready for my things.

A lot of nice people I ran into. Just had one neighbor below us that was pounding on the floor because we were moving stuff around because we just moved in and walking around at 10:30 am. I have a boot on from a surgery so I can’t help how loud that is.

The Cordelia is a good community overall. The neighbors are great, and it is extremely pet friendly. I do wish there were better parking options for lease holders, but overall we are very happy here.

I love living here at the Cordelia. The property is well kept and clean. I am so glad they got a new Manager Kaitlyn , she is great. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Only downfall I can say is I wish the dog park was turf grass instead of mulch and dirt. The dogs get so nasty playing and you have to bathe them everytime they play in there, so I don’t take my pups in there and it’s hard to see if there is poop in there from where people might not have picked it up or seen it. That’s my only complaint .

Had a problem with my apartment upon move in. However, Kaitlyn in the front office helped me tremendously and went the extra mile to make it right. Outside of that hiccup, I absolutely love it here! The apartment itself is a very cozy and homey vibe and I love everything about it. I’ve already met some of my neighbors who are very down to earth. The community is awesome and can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future here at The Cordelia!

Just moved here two days ago but it has just been straight wonderful. Already made friends with one of my neighbors and enjoyed the pool and gym. Such a beautiful property, happy to live here.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful! We really love it here so far! The only bump in the road was with getting our Wi-Fi and internet set up, but that was handled within 1 day of us moving in.

The apartment, complex, and amenities are gorgeous and there's clearly a lot of care put into keeping the grounds looking good. I was really disappointed moving in though. The apartment bathroom was very dirty with a blob of used toothpaste/hair next to the sink and the tub/shower walls having clearly not been cleaned. I also realized that there's dirty grease on the backsplash in the kitchen even though I've yet to cook in there and there was dust/hair along a lot of the trim throughout the apartment. I feel like for the standard this complex projects and wants to be taken for not having apartments cleaned between tenants is a big misstep.

My experience so far has been great! Had a few things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in, but maintenance took care of them super quickly. Amazing amenities and friendly staff.
