I live in a loft in an old shoe factory in Haverhill. It's a block from stores and restaurants but enough set back that it is totally quiet. When I unlock my door I literally feel better. 5 huge windows make it bright and airy, and the exposed brick wall gives it a rustic feel. Conveniences include a washer and dryer and a dish washer, as well as a workout room downstairs. I love my apartment!!
Not a bad building but could be so much better. I know they get federal funds and the building needs to be mixed, but the percentage of low income people that they take seems very high and the quality of some of those people is very low. That balance needs to improve especially for that kind of money when you are paying market rent
Just moved in to the Cordovan so far everything's been great! We love our apartment, it's so unique and has a lot of character! Everyone is very nice and helpful!
I've lived in the Cordovan for 8 years. I have been forunate to have lived in 4 different apartments. The Cordovan staff works very hard to accommodate residents in any way they can though sometimes many residents do not appreciate it. I for one have never had an issue and all of my requests have always been answered. I've been very happy with my time here
