Favorite location so far I took a tour here with my boyfriend. Everyone was so friendly and the unit we toured was amazing. The lounge pool and wine cooler is really what sold it for me. I would really love this to be my new home…I can see me and my boyfriend here long term.

Patio back door I have not been home for a month because of a business trip. During my absences, they found out that my patio back door was open and was banging the wall by wind. They tried to contacted with me immediately and tried to resolve this as quickly as possible . It was very helpful. Thank you.

weekend guests, short term. Awkward and uncomfortable as a resident. I want to enjoy the pool area, cabanas in a clean respected environment. There is no cleanup on the weekend, much debris is left behind. I feel it necessary to pick up to enjoy myself, if only for a few moments. Smoking not re enforced. Broken glass in pool area on occasion. I wouldn?t recommend this community without confirmation before committing that all that is in the bylaws is not as it appears.
The apartment community is very friendly and the staff is very attentive.
The luxury of the community and amenities are very welcoming.
No one ever answers the phone at the front desk, even when there are multiple people there. I get good service if I walk across the complex and go into the office and talk to the office personnel in person, but there is no service if I try to call. This has been confirmed on multiple occasions.

I really like living here. People are friendly, dogs are welcome, it' well maintained, maintenance crew has been friendly, efficient and timely. Apartment sound proofing could be better and a self-cleaning oven would be nice.

Since day one parking has been an issue. There is simply not enough spots. I pay for covered parking (keep in mind it's not included in the rent) and sometimes I still have to walk to my building. This is extremely frustrating especially when you have groceries. If you have more than 1 car or like having friends or family over, please look elsewhere. For the past 9 months, I have placed my parking pass on my dashboard. Today my vehicle which was parked directly in front of my apartment, was towed because my pass fell on the floor. The apartments failed to verify that I am a resident that pays for parking, after being provided with my vehicles information and license plate. I had to pay over $250. When I confronted the staff, I was made out to feel stupid by being told there is stickers above covered parking about parking passes, as if I have not been a paying resident for the past 9 months. Not only is the parking a big issue, these apartments are supposed to be a smoke free community. However, they continuously smell like weed and nothing is done. The garbage is also a huge issues for me. You don't want to come home and see an overflown garbage can that stinks. There are many apartment nearby that make apartment life easy, this community is not one of them. These apartments with do anything to screw you.

Worst experience I have ever had with a community!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!! I went to this property with plans to sublease a place that I had arranged. When I arrive the lady gives me the guy who I’m subleasing for info so that I can contact him and tells me that they will hold my application and money order for the app fee until I call them and give them the ok to move forward. They assured me that they WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITH MY MONEY ORDER OR APPLICATION UNTIL I CALLED!!!! After speaking to the guy I decided NOT to move forward and I called and told the leasing agent Jamilia first thing that morning. I told her I was coming to pick up my money order and she assured me that it was available for me to pick up. I arrived at the complex that afternoon to pick up my money order and they tried to convince me to rent a place anyway. I told them I would like my money order back and I left! I go to cash the money order and THEY HAVE ENDORSED THE MONEY ORDER SO I CANT CASH OR DO ANYTHING WITH IT!!! I called to advise them of this and THE ONLY THING THIS RUDE OFFICE MANAGER CAN OFFER IS TO SEND IT TO CORPORATE FOR REFUND WHICH WILL TAKE 2-4 weeks!!!!! BEAWARE!! THEY ARE NICE WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO APPLY BUT AFTER THAT NO ONE CARES!!!!
