The concierge team at The Core is an awesome guy that has the patience to answer any and every question. Everyone is super friendly and amenities are up-to-date.
I absolutely love living at The Core. Very excited for the new restaurants that are starting to open as well as the holiday events happening on Saturdays in September. My neighbors are great and I truly have no complaints. Thank you!
Everything was well thought out in the design, the amenities for the residence and a lot of modern facilities. As more businesses move into the main plaza area it just makes for convenience and a really nice place to live at work.
Nick gave me a tour of the place showed me 4 different floor plans was very patient with me and I found the one I wanted same day and signed the lease!
It’s a great place to live! From the spacious and modern apartments to the all the events they host for us, making it much more fun. Can’t wait for all the establishments to be open!
The core is everything I needed in an apartment and more. I love the building is always clean. The thing that makes it 5 star are the staff. They are courteous and helpful for my needs.
The staff here is very friendly! From the initial tour to move in day, we have received all the information to make move in very efficient. The facility is always very clean and is very well maintained. It is very modern and the appliances all work very well. Would definitely recommend!

So far, so good. The Core management team is amazing. So many planned events for the residents and all done so well. The apartment is lovely and the building is safe. The common areas are beautiful and so clean. The one downside is the parking. Quite expensive on top of the monthly rent.
It’s been great so far and everyone here is super helpful! I’ve been able to get all my questions answered in a time my manor. The residents so far have been nice and engaging as well.

Any time something is wrong we get ahold of the front desk and maintenance always comes up and fixes things and the complex was put together very well we love the Core!!!
I’m enjoying it so much. It feels like a home and the staff have assisted a lot with any questions or concerns. The common areas are kept clean. I enjoy the events that staff put together for residents it’s very unique and welcoming.
I moved in last week and it’s been a dream. I’m so excited to see what else the community brings. The apartment complex is so beautiful and so lively.
The parking situation has been a problem since I moved in. The price of parking should be included in rent. Also, the fire alarms go off for no reason and wake me up. The dumpsters are slammed outside and wake me up. They are Way too loud every morning when emptying the dumpsters. The appliances are always broken.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Community has so many great businesses near it that make living here comfortable and convenient. The buildings are new and clean and fresh
Beautiful community. Water pressure is poor. Feels you’re taking a shower with trickling water. Building maintenance says it’s a town ordinance requirement. It seems ridiculous. I’m really frustrated and it’s taking away from the experience. Some of the units were rushed through construction. Poor attention to detail.
I just moved into The Core and it has been a great experience. Nick in the leasing office and everyone else here has made the process so smooth. They really know how to make you feel welcome and part of the community.
My boyfriend and I just moved in a few days ago and the complex is beautiful! The staff is very helpful and so far we are loving it. The gym is so clean and has a good amount of equipment.
There are certain things experiences we cannot put a price to it and living in “The Core “ is one such unique experience. We moved 2 weeks ago. Many thanks to Eniea , Nick, Saif and Audrey for their amazing attitude, helping tendency and easily approachable nature resulting in sorting out initial teething issues. Love the vibrant community feel, the ambience and keep gazing out of the windows (taking a small break from work). Most importantly, my whole family loves the place, amenities and enjoy the positive vibes “The Core” provides.
Living in my new home has been a fantastic experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, secure residents parking, and a refreshing pool that offers a perfect spot to relax. Having in-unit laundry adds great convenience to my daily routine. The neighborhood is wonderful, with stores just a short walk away, making errands easy. Plus, the lobby downstairs is staffed with many helpful employees, always ready to assist, enhancing the overall comfort and satisfaction of my experience.
I love the people!!! I’ve met such amazing people here :) even my best friend moved in so I’m loving it so much. Can’t wait for the restaurants to open!

Gotta say, I didn't think I'd live this far east but something about being here just feels right. It's welcoming and the stores haven't even opened yet. The staff on site does everything they can to make your days as comfortable as possible. Maintenance team is always around to help when you need it. Excited to see what's to come when everything opens up
Had some maintenance issues, but the management was receptive and attemped to fix the issues in a timely manner. Otherwise am happy with my apartment.
A life of luxury! The location is great and the staff is very friendly! The buildings and grounds are kept immaculate. The coffee and snacks downstairs is also a nice treat on your way out of the door. We love it here!
When looking for an apartment I was drawn here by the all the extras available Now and coming soon. The staff here made signing up and moving in so easy. I have moved a number of times and this by far was my best experience.
Staff is very welcoming and hard working at all times. The community events really bring the place together. Just as all new things there is some rough spots regarding parking and enforcement of certain rules. However as time goes on I believe it will be sorted out. Overall very nice place very kind staff.
Very good! The only thing a little rough is the parking situation ?? the price of a parking spot would be my absolute only complaint because between paying a lot to live there $115 tax a month just for a spot to park is a lot:/ it’s confusing/ hard for guests to come visit:( Regardless of that, Staff are the most friendly, kind & helpful I have ever met! & it’s a beautiful place to live :)

everyone is so kind and lovely here. moving is never easy but it was an easy move in process. we had some troubles within my apartment but the maintenance team was reliable and quick to help me out.

The place is great but it lacks parking for people who have more than 2 vehicles. If you live in a 3 bedroom one person will have to figure out parking for themselves.
Having a great first month here getting settled in! Everyone has been so nice and helpful with our move in process and helping us feel like we are right at home.
Everything at the core is brand new, I love the workout area and lounge. Living here is liking living in a luxury hotel. You can't beat the access to the LIRR.
