Such a positive experience. The community team is responsive, maintenance is fantastic and the community is really coming along nicely
We are enjoying our apartment here. It has very spacious rooms and a very modern feel. I love the granite countertops and spacious cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. We knew all the amenities were not ready when we moved in, but it looks as if they will offer excellent accommodations for our enjoyment. Staff has responded promptly and are very courteous.
The apartments are beautiful inside & out. The staff is very helpful & professional. The detailing that went into the architecture and layout is well considered and not just thrown together like most new builds. Amenities are still under construction, but I anticipate the final phase to be exceptional as well.
There are no surveillance cameras, no security officers- a car was stolen from the parking lot yesterday and mine was vandalized today while visiting my friend who is a resident here. The leasing office will do nothing to help. In addition, amenities under construction are far behind schedule that were promised months ago. The construction mess will continue for another year. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else.
