About The Corridor Apartments
Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms - Our mission is to provide our community with quality service and a confrontable home. Whether you are a long time resident of Blanchard or currently looking to relocate to Shreveport, our one bedroom floor plan will fit your lifestyle needs. Our two bedroom floor plan has a large, spacious living area that is 16 feet by 16 feet. The kitchen is also open with an extended granite countertop that allows for bar access. The sizeable guest bedroom is 13 feet by 14 feet and the master bedroom is 13 feet by 16 feet with a walk-in closet that is 6 feet by 6 feet. We are centrally located within the I-49 corridor and convenient to I-20, downtown and Barksdale AFB. We are excited to be part of the rapidly developing north Shreveport-Bossier area. (RLNE6517480)

I have lived here for almost 2 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The property is cleaned and well-maintained. The manager knows what she’s talking about and is always happy to help. This area is so quiet and my neighbors are all incredible. You should definitely move here!

To all those people searching for an apartment, Corridor Apartments would be a great place to consider. The rent is reasonable and it is a nice place to live. The property manager is the person you speak to about renting an apartment at The Corridor. She is very helpful and considers the needs of all the renters. She goes above and beyond what her job calls for. If you have any problems she handles it all with grace and a servant's heart. The maintenance man is awesome. He is always smiling and laughing and will to help and answer any questions you may have. He is a joy to be around. The crew that maintains the grass and flower beds are also awesome. They work hard to maintain the clean look so it is nice for all who live there. The owners are just as nice and friendly as can be. The are always checking on the property. They always speak when riding thru the complex. If you have any problems, just stop them and they are willing to address the concerns you have and are open to any suggestions you may have. My time at The Corridor Apartments was enjoyable and I had no problems with any of the staff or owners. It is a great place to live. Check it out. ~ Mary
Am just in the market for housing for a year, but love these apartments. Everything is new. Neighborhood is quiet.
