So far it’s been pretty great, brand new apartments that are very beautiful, but since it’s still new there are just a few kinks I can’t wait to be worked out, once they are though it’s going to be absolutely perfect.

My experience so far has been amazing. Currently i am the only one in my part of the community for now which is fine. My little one, doggo and I are living on our own for the first time in 6 years and is a huge change for us all. Jeff and Rhylie have been so kind and have explained everything to me in an easy to understand way. We don't have mail box access just yet so all of our mail and packages are going to the front office. At least it's safe there until then.

So far it’s been a good place to live! Still under some construction. Maybe not completely ideal for toddlers as some child safety Precautions are extremely limited in your apartment but they are building a small playground to try and accommodate children. Hopeful they will have dog potty stations around the property to help throw away your pets “stuff” without having to walk far if you’re not that close to a dumpster. Units seem to be sound proofed well and they are new. Staff seems nice as well.

I just moved into The Cottages at Woodmen Heights and couldn’t be happier. The community and grounds are so nice and well kept even with the construction going on. Ryhlie from the leasing office is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Se made my move in process a breeze. I love the paired home concept. No more neighbors above or below me. Yay!
