We are very excited to reveal the brand new amenities and clubhouse very soon!! Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts with us. Best, The Collective at Lubbock Management Team
none of the amenities are open and they keep changing the opening date and the utilities have increased. It is a decent place to live for a college student but paying full price for not amenities is annoying

Hi. We definitely know amenities are important to our residents. This is why we have invested several months and many resources into upgrading our amenities for our residents. The clubhouse and all amenities are opening May 1st, 2023! We are so excited to reveal the new updates to you all! Best, The Collective at Lubbock Management Team
Nice and spacious, good place. I like the space my room has and the community spaces. Rent is a bit steep but not terrible for the space I have.

It’s a very nice place to live but spending all of this money on living here for the year that I have been here, has not been with it because I have not been able to use any of the amenities I was promised. Everything still under renovation and construction after a year

Hi. Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with your feedback. We hear you! We are reopening our newly upgraded clubhouse and amenities on May 1st! Come see us! Best, The Collective at Lubbock Management Team
The location is good, and Management is a lot better than it used to be. But for the price, they should be offering WAY more than they do. Lived here for 3 years and the main office has been closed almost half the time I have been here
The community always comes together unlike other! The people i have met while living here have been life changing! I always recommend the collective to anyone looking for a place to live!
The collective is a nice apartment complex. The apartments are very big and have a lot of space. The new amenities are nice. Very nice and helpful workers.

Great experience in the past 2 years! Coming from somewhere that had horrible management as well as maintenance it has been extremely nice to be able to put in requests and have them fixed usually by the next day.

We have just completed the amenities and clubhouse renovation. We look forward to opening back up in April! Best, The Collective at Lubbock Management Team
I really enjoy living at the Collective. The staff is friendly and helpful, and every single maintenance person that I have worked with is respectful and quick with their fixes. When the pool actually works, it is a great place to hang out with friends.

Thank you for the feedback! We are wrapping up work on the new amenities and clubhouse. We will be opening back up in early April! Best, The Collective at Lubbock Management Team
Our house was incredibly muddy when we moved in and had a bunch of holes in the walls and floors. Also when maintenance came to switch out our WiFi he left a big mess in my room. Our utility bills have been over $130 the past few months and nobody will tell us how to fix it. My room gets super hot when the heat is just turned on, even when it’s just at 66 degrees.

Hi. We would like to discuss these issues with you further. Please email our office at CollectiveLubbock@tpco.com to reach a member of our management team. Best, The Collective at Lubbock
I really like the environment here. The people at the front office are really helpful. Only reason I gave it 4 star is because I wish reserved parking was better. Parking spots are too close together which cause me and two other people car mirrors to break while trying to back out the spot.
nice place to live and awesome and cool and easy maintenance and close to campus and a lot of places to eat close by and first stop on the bus
I have lived here for a year and have had nothing but problems. Management lies to your face and says they are taking care of something and nothing ever happens. They change the terms of your agreement in the middle of your lease and don’t offer any help. When you bring something to their attention they point out a single line in your lease that says they can do whatever they want. Overall management is worthless when it comes to helping with anything and maintenance needs 6 reminders/work orders to get anything done. Property is dirty all the time, cars are broken into constantly, and staff lies to your face.
The Cottages put on a nice façade saying they’re a great community. But it’s old, and unsafe. Electricity bills are over $400 because of old insulation. Carpets are disgusting. They will not repaint the scratched ugly walls. Homeless people wonder around and check doors and break windows to get into the Cottages. They say they have security and an officer on site, but they don’t, and don’t even have a number to call. For your own sake, do not live here.
Even though apartments.com and The Cottages say on website that there are none available, there are - but hurry, going fast. This popular individual townhome style complex close to campus still has a few entire units available (a 3 bedroom Cottage is available if you call). Very popular with Tech students. Almost feels like you have an entire individual home to yourself. New management.
