Wonderful community and neighborhood to reside in. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance, along with walking trails. Office and Maintenance Team are some of the best around.

We value this community and sing its praises all the time. From the great staff at the office who respond quickly when needed (rarely needed though since barely any issues ever), to the maintenance crew who are super professional and on top of things, the community events that are high quality (always so impressed), and the super well maintained overall facilities. Love it here.

One year living at the courts of Devon and it has been amazing! The community , the neighborhood, the people who live and work here are incredible.

I seldom need anything from management or maintenance, but when I do, the staff is right there within an hour. The complex is extremely well maintained and management seems to take pride in that. Another thing that sets Courts of Devon apart from other apartments I've encountered in the past are the various social activities offered on a regular basis.

We have been living here for almost a year and except for some noise from upstairs apartment we are very happy here. The staff and maintenance crew are amazing!!. The pool was so enjoyable this summer. The area has almost everything we need and is walkable.

Living at the Courts of Devon has been great! The staff is top notch, the grounds are alway kept beautiful and when I need something done in my apartment it’s taken care of quickly and always with a smile from the staff! The location is absolutely perfect - close to shopping, dining, post office, my bank, and so many events right here in the Kentlands/Lakelands. I moved here for the convenience and it sure hasn’t disappointed! It’s everything I was looking for and more!

The amenities and maintenance are great. We also find that our electricity bills are lower living here because of the insulation and ample windows and natural light. The location is excellent.

The Courts of Devon is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. From the front office to the team that maintains the property they are professional, friendly, and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Great place to live! I enjoy the amenities being in walking distance to where I live and the jogging paths are embedded in such a lovely environment. It’s a delight to be living here.

Very nice place to live in. Especially for our pup! This community is a breath of fresh air with all the trails around here to talk your pup for long walks!

The apartment complex and the amenities are well maintained and clean. The maintenance staff are very capable and diligent in their work. The neighborhood is very charming, calm, and gives a happy vibe.

Great place to call home , love the community, the events, and the staff, the maintenance is very responsive , a great place to live The amenities are a bonus and location to everything helps.

Overall a great community to live in if you're looking at the Lakelands/Kent lands area. Management is very good about upkeep of the units and property. Good air conditioning and heating in units. Only hiccup is the frequency of landscaping, which can be disruptive for those who work from home.

So far my experience has been very good. My apartment was move in ready. I’m loving the location; the neighborhood is fantastic. Everyone I’ve met so far in the complex has been very friendly!

A wonderful Community, in a great location for a short commute to DC. Spacious green spaces in the neighborhood and main street area for dinner and shopping.

Been good overall a few things major things have broken but we're replaced asap. The only issue that has never been addressed has been the deck which i have asked to be repaired several times and was noted on the state inspection and still never repaired. Great location and staff is friendly. Not an energy efficient unit at all windows and doors are very drafty.

Overall, EXCELLENT move-in process. SENSATIONAL community to walk in. Neighbors we have met this far seem "top of the line". First-rate staff

I truly love my experience at Courts of Devon. The maintenance team is amzing!! They go above and beyond for you. You can put a notice on Monday and the job gets done on Monday. They work so hard for us and I am truly thankful for them. Thank you for everything Courts of Devon.

I have been here almost a year and absolutely love living at Courts Of Devon. The staff is excellent, service is always done with a smile, and the sense of community here is amazing! The RAD events were beautifully put together and I had a great time! I continue to love the community, the walkability to everything at the Kentlands, and the access to so much more!

Courts of Devon provides a living experience that surpasses any other apartment community I have lived in. The access to walking trails, shops, dining, and a lovely residence staff truly make a world of difference!

We just renewed our lease. We love living here. The management and employees are wonderful; they are always responsive and helpful. Kurt is terrific and recently helped us and went above and beyond. They have special events that are high quality and fun which build community. Any request to fix something are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thanks for being a great place.

The neighborhood is amazing everything you could possibly need in within walking distance. The apartment throughout our time here has had some issues as well as the deck.

I've been here for 11 months now and I am thrilled by my experience here. Being new to the area, I really needed the social aspect. There is something every month and I truly value the effort to forge a sense of community.

I have been here just a little over three months and I can’t tell you how much I love this place! The staff is so personal and professional - and extremely prompt when I need something - and the residents are truly amazing! I have met so many great tenants at the social functions the Courts of Devon has as well as just walking around the community. I am so glad I found this incredible gem in the Kentlands!

The Courts of Devon community is incomparable to any other. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the area is conveniently located near beautiful walking paths, shops, and restaurants. I cannot recommend it enough!

Overall very good experience after 1 year and a half. The regular community events are rather well organized and we sometimes go. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly. Recently we were told not to use green area next to the terrace as a personal patio. That's too bad.

Love the extra events. The outside movie was a great experience I was able to share with my grandkids, it really does make it feel like a home and not just an apartment .

Great location and building services but since we moved in a few years ago alot of work has been done. Refrigerator, water heater, windows, tub, door. The building management is quick to fix but we were told it was a newly renovated apartment when we moved in. Only thing they haven't fixed that we asked to replace is the rotted wood on the balcony. The community is great also alot of events to meet neighbors!

It is a good place to live. However, the rent increment has been unreasonable for the past 1 year even for me who has already stayed for more than 3 years.

I love living at Courts of Devon!! Wish I can retire here?? It has truly been a beautiful experience for me and my family. Maintenance team are amazing and top notch and Management team are very helpful and resourceful. I continue to enjoy every moment here and truly love my Neighbors.

A great environment to live in. Lots of places to walk and visit. Lakes are well maintained and scenic. Just about all shopping and amenities are close enough to easily get to without using a car.

Great set up - well Maintained apartments with good sound proof and quality facilities, easy to walk to good facilities and gym pool on site-

Maintenance is great and the staff in the leasing office is so nice and very helpful. Everything is kept clean and the neighborhood is fantastic.

Overall it’s a really easy place to live! Mostly due to its location and connivence to groceries, coffee, good restaurants and easy access for commuters. Have also made some really good friends in a few neighbors and the majority of people who live here are nice or keep to themselves. Living in the Kentlands in a lot of ways are your amenities - trails, lakes, entertainment, close to many things - because compared to other apartments like it in the area there are fewer amenities here for the price. Prices did rise this year by a fair amount and have many people considering moving. That being said, if you do want a seasonal pool this is a nice one (no laps), the gym is small but always clean, and the building does host several events with food a year (but my guess is we’ve paid for them in our rent). If you want to live in the Kentlands/Lakelands and enjoy nicer than builder grade apartments I would recommend!

There has been changes to the leasing office staff in the last year or so and they do not seem to care about resident concerns anymore. But the rent keeps shooting up year after year. Maintenance staff is the only saving grace and are great as usual.

Best place we’ve ever lived! Truly feels like home. Great neighborhood, excellent amenities, and such a wonderful layout. It doesn’t feel like an apartment as it is just so homey with beautiful finishes.

Love living at Courts of Devon and in the Kentlands/Lakelands neighborhood. Maintenance team rocks! They are awesome! The office staff is great.

Great location, nice apartment, good amenities, amazing neighbors, great maintenance staff. I have been living here over three years and have only good things to say.

Staff and maintenance team are wonderful. Apartments are comfortable and I love all of the events that Courts of Devon organizes. Only thing I was sad about was the removal of all the pine trees. We had a beautiful one that gave privacy and shade and now we have to keep the curtains closed. Other than that, we absolutely love living here.

Great Place to live with the surrounding area offering lots of things to do throughout the week and weekends with restaurants, shops, farmers markets, festivals and more.

Overall a great experience at Courts of Devon premise. Clean and well maintained environment, affinity to lots of shops and services in the heart of Kentlands, warm and helpful staff and efficient apartment maintenance services!

Location is great! Staff on site is responsive and helpful but the people they subcontract maintenance to really need to be improved. Ive had issues with the windows since we moved in, they are very low quality and my energy bills are through the roof.
