Property Ratings at The Courtyard on Randolph
Living here now. It's okay. Just beware that if you live on the first floor, you do not get a private balcony. We are in one of the two bedroom apartments and we are right next to an apartment building next to ours, so we get absolutely no sunlight in our room and since it faces the apartment side where people come in and out, we have people constantly walking by our windows and looking in at us, so I have to have the blinds closed at all times. We have people drop stuff from the second and third floor onto our balcony and people walk through it all the time to reach their apartments. When I called to switch units when our lease was up, you have to pay ALL your fees all over again. They weren't willing to work with us on that, which was frustrating. We've been good tenants, I like to think, we pay our rent on time and if we are going to be a few days late, we pay the late fee and we call ahead of time to let them know and make sure it's okay. Doesn't really seem like they care enough to have us here to work with us on that. The fees to move in here were astronomical (at least for us) and can't afford to pay those all over again, just to get into another unit. I'm not saying it's terrible, but it could be better. The maintenance people are nice, the office people are nice, the area is nice, but I think i'll save up this year and maybe move to a different complex next year.
