Property Ratings at The Cove Apartment Homes
first let me say this has nothing to do with onsite office team. They are great and try their best to fix issues, that being said i have been here for about 7 months now and sat without air for a month the HOTTEST month of the year. On top of that my rent seems to rise every month like EVERY MONTH. Was told management would take care of it and it took them 2 EXRTA months for that and i don't even want to say what they thought my suffering was worth, but don't let my rent not be right... Just know what you can handle before moving here i would hate for someone else to have the issues i have.
New owners have taken over. New rent increases of twice those previously plus now charging for water. For what??? The only changes have been fancy new signs with the new name though the new number sign on my building is hidden behind the same tree so that delivery drivers etc. can't see it.
Very nice, clean and inviting! Great people! Close to everything and yet tucked away from it all. There is even a bark park!
