I just moved here an I absolutely love it!! Ms. M is the best and really cares about the people that live here.
I called Cove at 300 searching for a short-term rental and Marilyn, the manager, went out of her way to help me! She offered her 1 bedroom apartments to me but listened to my needs first and suggested other options. Very rare to find a person who actually listens! I don't know if I will end up renting at the Cove but she certainly made my day!
The Cove is a really nice place no bugs nicely renovated I lived here before for a lil over 4 years And moved back this summer great space good rent price and the management Ms M is amazing very nice polite and appreciate her Residence that live here it is close to freeways great shopping store you might wanna give this place a try
I have lived here at The Cove for 2 years. It is one of the best I have been at. The units are clean and well-maintained and the management is top notch. Maintenance request are handled quickly and the crew here is always helpful and friendly.
To say the least when I was looking for a new apartment these were the most updated & affordable. Office manager means business. She is on top of everything and keeps everything straightforward. The transition to move in was seamless. I have not had any issues whatsoever. I would recommend to anyone.
This is a great place to live. It is a safe community full of nice people. The office and maintenance staff are always quick to respond and help with any issues that come up. If you are looking for a great home, then this is the place for you.
My fiancé and I live here currently… We have had a leak in our floors for 2 months! Everytime plumbers come the puddles of water gets bigger! It’s brown and clear water coming out of the floors by the bathroom! Our second restroom smells so bad and I have bleached and cleaned it several times! It still smells! Mold in the bathroom! Manager is rude!!
It's such a long story on why i ended up breaking my lease. But to sum it up... I stayed there for 2years but new management came in and it was downhill. The manager lady never fixed anything addressed any of the health code violations and never answered to office calls. In my last month (why I broke my lease) A RAT INFESTATION occurred for an entire month and she never did anything about it. Even after several board calls or legal threats. There were literally 20 rats caught in that span. Finally after calling everyday she finally let me out my lease. Long story short DONT DO IT! horrible up keep.
It's been a long while since I stayed here. I will give them a 5 star review. The apartments are by the highway. They are 5 minutes from downtown Little Rock. You are in a nice suburb. You get all of this for a very affordable price. At the time I stayed here, the management were very friendly and accommodating from day one. I started off with a studio, the studio had a private backyard, and upgraded to a one bedroom on the next lease. The process was very easy. Also, I had ripped my achilles tendon. I had to have an operation. At the time, I had no family support. However, management was accommodating while I was bedridden, and they didn't have to do that. I have yet to have a landlord care about their residents as the apartment complex has. They get a five star from me.
