The Cove at Boynton Beach Apartments

Nice community that has cool views and nice people in it. Been here about a year and plan on renewing because I'm quite comfortable here along with the price.

It’s was a easy process a group fired up people especially Darius the help us during the process make it very quick thanks y all for everything

My family and I really love the fact that we have food truck nights in our community. We aslo love the amenities especially the newly renovated swimming pool. The landscape in feo t of the community is very beautiful too.

Since we have moved in December we have felt like we are at home. The office staff is amazing. The maintenance requests are always done quickly. We couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

pleasant experience so far. moved to another building last year and like it better. up for renewal again in july and very likely we are renewing

Still have no issues, neighborhood is quiet and maintenence comes and address things in a timely manner. So far it's still all good, and I'll definitely recommend!

It has been quiet, only one incident with a fellow resident but the officer manager was quick to assist and make me feel safe. And the gate thing is always getting broke. Other than that everything is great.

We are so happy with our 2/2. Can’t wait to finally start decorating!! Thank you Ricky for helping us out and showing us around. Can’t wait to be moved in!

It would be nice if the gym was better maintain and if cameras were implemented to stop residents from stealing equipment. Also there has been a flickering light in the gym for about of month and it’s extremely annoying.

Amazing, great neighbors, great neighborhood, love the food trucks and community, very nice security guard, could still use some work on the dog poop issue but great overall

Upon moving in there were some hiccups but with a great team, Darius was able to resolve the issue and made the process easy for us. I really do appreciate the effort and dedication to making sure we had a good move in experience.

I have been a resinow over 6 year's and I actually enjoy living out here. I have never had any issues with getting results from the office or maintenance. They respond to my needs quickly and are efficient Just renewed my lease in July and I am a happy resident

I absolutely love living here. The neighborhood is so peaceful and homey. The front office and maintenance are always on top of things and helpful.

So far so good, I'll definitely recommend at this time. Only issue i will say needs to be better is security needs to be more proactive, and just watch cars follow other cars in due to the bars always being broke. I just hope that doesn't equate to my vehicles being broken into because of lazy security!

I appreciate the community's emphasis on protocol and security, but I recently experienced an issue where my car's wheels were mysteriously locked. Fortunately, the leasing office promptly resolved the matter without any charges.

So far, I’ve had a great experience in this complex. I can truly say that it’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in . Maintenance will handle everything for you in an efficient time. I couldn’t ask for a better living condition.

Location is convenient rent is just a bit too cost other wise great place to stay. Maintained problem are dealt with promptly. Great job and let’s hope for a better 2025.

Staff very friendly, helpful and respectful. Problems are solved immediately after been reported. The community gives a safe and homely feeling. I am happy here

We moved from building 9 in the back more towards the front amd love it here. Quiet and peaceful. There's hardly any traffic where we are now. the neighbors are pretty quiet amlmd stay to themselves

very good, no complaints however dog poop is still a big and unfortunate problem faced here, other than that everything is all good for right now.

My family loves living here. The staff members are very nice. The amenities are well maintained. The community is gated and evrything is convinient like paying rent and renewing lease.

I absolutely love living here. I feel safe. And I don’t worry when my son rides good bike or feeds the ducks. We feel at home here at the cove. And love spending days at the pool!

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful in anyway I needed. It was very easy to get in contact anyone. The place is beautiful and loved that it’s a heated community

My experience was great. The staff were very professional. The process was very easy to follow. I am new to the community and hope that I can be a part of the community for a long time. I believe I will contribute a positive affect . It is early and new still but I hope to build a great relationship with all the Cove staff members as well ad my new neighbours in and around the complex.

I had an excellent time moving in. My move-in experience had no complications what so ever. I love how they gave you a 7 day walk-thru so you can report any issues with the apartment so when it’s time to move out, the process will be so smooth.

Love it here . No complaints other than they rarely pick up the phone in the front office but when they do, they are helpful. Very quiet. No one bothers me.

The Cove at Boynton Beach is such a wonderful community to live in. The amenities are well maintained. Staffs are very nice and accommodating.

The staff here at The Cove, from property management to maintenance are wonderful - it's a pleasure & comforting to see these guys around the property always smiing and with a ready wave - and - always say thank you to the people and smile and wave back -

The staff here is very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful in getting acclimated at the cove. If they do not have an answer at the time, they will follow up and get you a response in a timely manner.

This complex keeps charging us for renters insurance, even after we’ve provided proof multiple times. Management is disorganized, and dealing with this ongoing issue every month is incredibly frustrating.

I am not living there yet but I’m going to be there in a few years .i ting it's a great place to live and I will be happy ?? I hopefully get

There was a shooting in the hallway of my building. Now granted this doesn't have anything to do with the complex itself but the lack of concern after a stray bullet hit a few feet from our window was quite displeasing. The overall complex is quite nice, most of the residents are nice as well and it's pretty quiet. Minus that one incident I don't feel scared walking around my neighborhood, it's maintained and cared for quite nicely.

Wonderful! Lovely place. Clean and organized, nice pool, friendly staff, nice apartments. Would definitely recommend for family and friends!

It is easy to renew the lease. The community is family centered. We love all the ammenities and the staffs are nice. We also like how they are improving everything in the community. Our neighbors are nice also.

Just moved over to another building and I'm loving it so far. It's quiet and peaceful over here. we spent the first 6 years always annoyed and complaining about the noise and now moving to this other building has given me my peace and sanity back! What a great move

The apartment is great so far. The move in was pretty simple and the staff was helpful. Tbe apartment was professionally cleaned and the carpets were replaced before we moved in.

Staff was friendly and the move in process was smooth so far. We'll see how everything goes as far as some of the other reviews I've seen after we signed our lease, and will update at that time.

I love how this community keeps up with cleaning there hallways & repainting , the office people are nice & understanding, the new gym offers so many options to stay fit , & we have 2 pools so one is always available to us , when it's time to clean one , great community.

Roaches everywhere inside the apartment. Building hallways and stairs always dirty, even after pressure washing. Gate most of the times is not working. People don’t clean after their dogs waste. Other than that, staff people are nice. Fast with maintenance requests. Dated appliances.

Very good love the pool the atmosphere and even the events they have here. Such a fun and energetic place to live and it’s a gated and quiet community

Very beautiful community with lots of amenities. It's a gated community which is a plus. I had a pleasant experience with the leasing agent here. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all set with our paperwork.

I have been out here 6 years amd have seen so many changes..some good some not so good but the seem to be trying get things in order. I just renewed my lease and we excited to be in a different apartment

While the leasing guys and maintenance team was excellent. Lack of structure from other areas. Never got my welcome emails, no response back after 3 voicemails, front door lock stop working, gate code currently doesn't work and AC isn't working properly all in day one of moving in.

Were really excited about being here! Our move in process was super easy and smooth and the staff was wonderful upon our arrival. The complex so far seems clean, fairly quiet, a lot of parking, and great for my dogs

It's not bad for your first apt. The area is good, people can be friendly. But definitely for a first apt I would recommend. They have two pools which are great for the kids.

It is reaaly nice leaving here. I like it when there is an event where foodtruck is in the community. The ammenities are well maintained and all the staffs and neighbors are so nice.

Our experience started at the leasing office, we were treated promptly and welcoming. We spoke about our experience ants and needs and that’s what we were showed. Our agent was knowledgeable and informative. We fell in love with amenities and the layout of the complex. Every thing after was easy.
