I would like to say thank you to Mrs.Angella and the staff for welcoming me and my family, we love the peace and quiet where we are located. I would recommend them to anyone who maybe in the process of looking for a place to stay.
Love the front office staff. They've given me so many recommendations since I moved to town. If they don't answer because they're busy, they call right back. The maintenance guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my neighborhood. So much more than your typical apartment complex. Highly recommend
It's really a great spot, close to everything in town. The community itself is quiet and peaceful. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond when they can. Highly recommend it!
We’ve been here a few months and love it! It feels safe for my children and the people here are very friendly. Maintenance guy is very nice and punctual.
I will start off with the things I like about these apartments. I liked that I felt safe living here, because that was most important to me. I like that parking was easier than most other apartment complexes and I liked that the landscaping is well taken care of. I don’t like that I can literally NEVER get a hold of the leasing office. I don’t like that most of the time when I call, NO BODY has an answer to any of my questions forcing me to get a “call back” if I’m lucky or waiting to reach them again after they have “talked to their manager.” I don’t like that they suddenly raised the price on living when we still get the same quality with nothing better. I don’t like that I had to purchase a window unit for my home because NONE of these homes are cool in the summer. Your lucky if your inside temperature in the summer is below 78 degrees! And your electric bill goes over the roof because of the poor insulation. I don’t like that I had a cracked window in my guest room when I moved in which never got fixed. I don’t like in the summer that young people go out there drinking or hopping the fence at 10 at night to go for a night swim and nothing got done about it. And I didn’t like the fact that I could never open my windows because barely anybody has screens over their windows which they never fixed either. Oh, and you also have to pay 60$ for a “basic cable fee” because they won’t get out of this dumb contract. Very frustrating to live here.
Zero stars here! The property management is EXTREMELY unhelpful. They will never return a call. I have seen so many different people hired and then fired all because of one of the property managers. I have friends who live here that have mold in their units and everyone I speak to has A/C problems. It will also take a few months to get anything fixed as no one ever answers phones or calls you back. Most disappointing thing is that the office is never open and property manager won't talk to you unless you don't pay your rent.
Fountainlake has the most beautiful landscaping. Our apartment was just renovated and it's beautiful. The townhouse style is wonderful. You can't hear anyone and you feel like you are in a detached home. There is a great pool and you can exercise daily walking and looking at the beautiful grounds. As people move out they are renovating and updating. I truly enjoy the peacefulness of it.I rated it 4 stars because nothings perfect and that's fine.Comfortable is what I wanted!
