The Cove

Loved living here, just about halfway through my lease term now. Great neighbors, kind community, very welcoming. Someone even gifted me a brand new door mat.

I just wanted to say that Nicholas did an amazing job! He was super responsive and professional at answering all of our questions before moving in and during the process of the lease agreement as well. The pricing for this place was a bit higher than what we would like BUT to be fair, you don't often see good reviews and in the end it was worth it. Parking is always going to be a hit and miss with apartments but so far we have had no issues. There are many dog owners here, including myself and all seem great so far. My neighbors as well has been great and no issues there. There's also a great trail near here, which is a plus. The workers here seem to really care about the residents that live here and keep the place clean. I'd highly recommend this place since it's close to many stores and just overall has great attentive workers. Side note though since living here, you do often hear the ambulance noise. Overall, this place is wonderful and I hope they continue to keep it up in the near future. Thanks to Nicholas again!

My husband and I stayed at The Cove Apartments for several months while selling our house and prepping for a cross country move. We had a ground-level, one bedroom apartment with a patio that overlooked one of the many beautiful ponds/fountains. We found this place very peaceful and relaxing (amazingly quiet). The apartment staff is lovely, and the maintenance crew does an awesome job of keeping the community looking good.

I lived right on the pond. It was quiet and we were never bothered. We lived in the medium 1 bd. And it was more then enough for me, my wife, and our 2 little dogs. The bedroom was huge

The staff is amazing. They do their very best to help even if things happen that are out of their control

My niece lived here with her husband for a while. I visited frequently and enjoyed the space. I met the office staff once and they were very nice.

The cove apartment homes is a wonderful community & has great staff who are always willing to help.

Both of my kids lived at the cove. This was both of their first apartments. Being a father I was concerned and went with to visit. I was relieved after we toured. The property is safe, well lit, offers reserved parking and has security.

I toured here while looking for a home and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the one bedroom loft. The room is large and the loft is spacious as well. The high ceilings and skylights were great accents to the space. Definitely would recommend

Loved living here, the staff is amazing. The apartments are spacious. Layouts offer tons of spacious decoration ideas.. the pond was my favorite area but the trail access was a close second!

Spacious homes, natural wooded beauty, kind staff. Looking forward to potentially renting in the new year. I highly reccomend!

The Property management staff are hardworking and pleasant. Awesome place to stay. We stayed here for years with no issues, before buying a little home in Seattle last month. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Well within my budget and the staff worked with me when times were rough. There new worker Keanu is such a joy to be around. It’s a familial type of atmosphere. Can’t go wrong here.

This is a great property and the staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. Each team member is professional, nice, and always available to answer any questions in regards to the property. The property itself is nice and haven't ran into any issues.

Love the way the apartment is set up, floor plan-wise. Super friendly and cooperative staff! Never have had to wait too long to get some maintenance work done, which is great. All in all, one of the better places I’ve rented.

Excellent community and right next to everything you need in terms of entertainment, shopping, and the like. But what really makes it great is the absolutely incredible staff that run and maintain the complex. They are always there to answer your questions, provide assistance, and always have a smile on your face like you are family to them. It couldn’t feel anymore like home!

Living at The Cove has been great! The office staff is always willing to help the best of their ability. They’re so personable and welcoming. We loved the idea of resident events and went to a few of them with our niece and nephew. They loved all of the activities! The maintenance always made sure our apartment was taken care of and any repairs that were needed to be made were done so in a timely manner. The grounds looked presentable. The Cove has really set our expectations high for every apartment community.

This community has been an amazing place to call home. We absolutely have loved our apartment and cannot fathom calling another community home. Everyone has been so welcoming and cooperative. We love The Cove and the amazing staff! Thank you!

The Cove Apartments has really friendly and helpful staff members. They make sure that all your questions are answered and that you get what you need. They also make sure that they give you the best apartment that suits you best. Again, great personnel and great property overall.

I lived at the cove for 2 years and I never felt more at home. My home was filled with so much natural sunlight and surrounded by greenery. My children loved walking by the pond to see the ducks and their babies. The office staff is beyond amazing and they throw resident events that include children and offer snacks to the kids. They’re extremely pet friendly and have treats for doggos in the office! I’ve made friends with almost all of my neighbors and it’s a comfortable community to call home!

This place is great! Office staff helpful and polite. The grounds and surrounding grounds lend a hand in making you feel your tucked away in the woods. I've been here over a year and actually look forward to another.

I haven't lived here very long but so far so good. I am actually amazed on the quick response of the maintenance workers. I never waited over 24 hours for them to come out for a maintenance request. When i call the office they either answer the phone or call me right back either the same day or the next day. They are also very nice and friendly. They also seem to take care of the property very well. When we had the snow storm, they went and hired a snow plower to make sure everything was cleared out as much as possible. I thought that was amazing! They also seem to keep the property areas pretty clean. Its very quite at night. The unit layout is also great very spacious. The kitchen has great cabinet space. As long as they keep up the good work i will continue to renew my lease. Compared to the apartments where i came from, this is an upgrade.Great job The Cove Apartments. Thank you

New office but the apartments need updated, they are still in the 1980's.
