Electrical issues in outdated buildings. Demanded a preliminary walkthrough 7 weeks before I moved then denied a final walkthrough upon leaving Warning letter for displaying an American flag. Tenants asked to contribute to create a dog park. Overcharged upon giving 60 day notice.
I have lived here for many years and I love it. The community is very clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff does an amazing job. Special thanks to Heidi and Kevin for all of their help!

Great Staff !! Clean Quite Lucky we made this choice
My husband and I have lived here for 6 months and are very happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the amenities are nice and the grounds are well kept. We have had to call maintenance a few times for minor repairs and they take care of the problem very quickly. I have seen reviews on other sites, complaining about bugs, burglaries and parking problems.In our experience, none of that is true. I also want to mention how quiet and peaceful it is here. We never hear any noise from the neighboring apartments. The only things that I would complain about are that I wish there were more outdoor grills (though we've always been able to use one after waiting a few minutes) and our air conditioning unit is loud enough that we have to turn our tv up some to hear it. I would recommend the Covington at Coronado. We love it here!!!

this is our first apartment in Las Vegas and I really love it. The apartment is nice but what I really like is the amenities. The pools are amazing, the gym is functional, the business center is convenient, and there's everything you need within walking distance. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's overpriced for the area.
