Property Ratings at The Crest at Princeton Meadows
I would give 0 star if I could!!! I went to ask for the information about payment. Different staff just gave different answers and they don't admit it. They also don't admit what they tell you over the phone and in person, but they reply to your email super slow. All the waiting time and time for emailing back and forth are on you if it is a time sensitive question. Even with the email evidence, they can also have tons of different ways to explain the email content. There is really no way you can do it. They just put whatever amount they want to your portal and saying they cannot change it. There is no way to argue with them unless you refuse to pay and loose your credit.
To rate my experience living at The Crest I would give 10 stars if it were an option! Not only is this complex extremely affordable for living in Middlesex county, the location is incredible. I am within 15 mins of everything I need! Bagels and shopping centers! As an outdoorsy guy in the summers I love to play tennis at the tennis court and to cook at the grills by the pool. The community is extremely friendly and most people are seen walking dogs and playing with their kids. There's sidewalks you can go for a stroll on between breaks if you work from home. And to top it all off they are building us a gym! Although calm and relaxing this place is a well oiled machine of efficiency! It’s also easy to see that the staff here genuinely care about the well-being of every single resident! When I refer a friend interested in renting Jarrod calls them immediately and helps them. Stevie works overtime to help with anything I need and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. I highly recommend renting here if you are starting the next chapter of your life!
The Crest is by far THE BEST PLACE to rent in Plainsboro! HANDS DOWN! The management team is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Stevie from the management office especially goes out of her way to make sure I receive all the help I need! I can tell that she actually cares and is passionate about her job! Maria also goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and helps when you call in with questions. Although rarely occurring, maintenance problems get taken care of promptly! The maintenance team usually comes out within a day when I send a repair request through the app. My apartment was even freshly painted for me! I highly recommend renting here!
I’ve lived here for a few years. The new management isn’t great. The stairs leading up to my apartment are in HORRIBLE shape and nothing has been done about this. We’ve been told a number of times that the breezeways would be painted and cleaned, but this has also never happened. I am also not so sure about how up-to-code everything else is. There have been TWO major firs in the buildings next to mine within the last few months. After both of these fires, we did not receive any update or acknowledgment from management. Also, the trash company we have to pay for monthly hardly ever actually collects the trash, so our breezeway ends up looking like trash. Between the rickety steps and dirty breezeway, it is embarrassing to have guests.
Rent isn't too expensive, decent spot in Plainsboro. However, structure is a little old, you will hear the footsteps from the people above you clear as day, so try and rent on the top floor if possible.
Great apartment with stunning pool and public grill and top notch maintenance who provide excellent support even on weekends on emergency situations. The niche is their leasing department led by very professional and knowledgeable Jackie(Dan-the most trustworthy and proactive consultant ever seen and then with Jerren always smiling and always supportive) makes them an awesome team.Lastly I would highly recommend Yitz their property manager who has a 1:1 relation with all residents and very respectful and thought provoking leader with immense patience is what makes them a great team. They are very clean apartment community and with peaceful neighbours in the finest school district of new jersey. So please go ahead and enjoy your stay you will love it for sure!
I lived here in 2017. I never had an issue. It was quiet, a lovely area, and close to my job. I would rent here again.

Thank you so much for the 5 star review and kind words!
This place has mice due to garbage sitting next to your door. They charge $30 a month to pick up your garbage from a small can next to your door, when you can put your garbage in the dumpster. Garbage piles up on Fri & Sat as people leave their garage their all weekend & it smells. Now they have Mice, which will lead to Rats. Found a dead mice in front of my walkway this morning. Was not little!! If they take away the garbage cans/pickup. Tenants will put garbage in dumpsters & no garbage will be left out all night & weekends near your doorway. No other complex allow garbage cans near doors due to rodent problems, but the Crest allows it. Becoming a health issue.
We have lived here for about a year now. Overall really great! Nice grounds, nice pool and grilling area. Having a washer and dryer in unit is awesome! Attentive staff and well kept complex
Mi fiancee and I moved in about two weeks ago. The apartment managers were great; in so many other apartments, the managers were either uninformed or not as friendly, pressuring you to buy from them. There are many options to choose from, and we got to pick a nice two bedroom, one bathroom apartment which includes almost all kitchen main appliances. Also, the fact that the laundry machines are in our apartment is a huge plus! Another plus is the parking; they do not charge you extra for that. Regarding the community, people in the area have been friendly to us. The Crest every now and then organizes activities for its residents (such as a Pool Party and a Game Truck day), and they have fixed issues we have had of the apartment itself (like fixing the lock of the closet in the balcony). I personally really recommend checking this place!
I have been living in one of the 2 bed apartments in Ravens Crest apartment complex since last 3 years. I moved here because of the school district and never thought of moving out even though the rents are bit high. But, in recent times, I am facing severe water crisis in my apartment. Kitchen lacks water supply, and the showers and toilet flush do not work due to lack of water pressure during the very peak hours when my son and I get ready for school and office. I have been complaining about this, but seems they do not care. Caution for anyone intend to move: You may experience very low water pressure or no water at all during the peak hours. I am telling you from my own experience.
Moved in about a month and a half ago..we love it so far , the community is quiet , grounds kept clean , friendly neighbors ,adequate parking....we love it here .....
The apartments are nice. The pool and grilling area are excellent.
Do your self a Favor and don’t move here. You have to pay for everything including light bowls, also all they do is sent emails about complaints but I’m reality they don’t do anything about it. My son and I step on dogs poop all the time. These complex was awesome few years ago, not anymore! Don’t move here
moved in seemed very quiet, I had no kids in my section. I had my first request with maintenance on the first day for hornet's nest in the a/c unit, stove/oven not working. long story short, I went the first month with no stove/oven. The pest problem got worse, I had a squirrel in the crawl space on 9/20, the complex caught it, never patched the hole so it came back a day or two later. I called again a few days later, it was a Friday and the office said, it's not an emergency we'll be there later in the week (the squirrel was caught in-between the fireplace and the wall, imagine the screaming and clawing). I then called the health Dept after 3 months of squirrel problems, the health Dept didn't really help. Raul, the property manager could not care at all, the first time I talked to him, he wouldn't look at me. Maintenance started working on the apt after the health Dept was called the first time, the health Dept really didn't do anything just had them set traps for the next few months. Natalie for the Middlesex health department said nothing else could be done. so really from Sept 20, 2018 to today, May 2, 2019 I've had a family of squirrels living above me. The complex has been patching holes in the wood paneling on the outside, from squirrels chewing thru it, that's the solution.
This is a terrible community. 1. Anytime it rains even a little bit EVERY sidewalk floods - even to the amenities you can’t even walk to them. This also means the dog park and playground that you get charged amenity fees for ALSO flood for days 2. Huge crater sized pot holes in the parking lot 3. Giant eye sore dumpsters with tons of garbage over flowing - dumpster divers come all the time to go shopping for new appliances 4. This is the first place I’ve lived where I’ve gotten a package stolen 5. Maintenance is horrible it’s taken weeks to get things fixed 6. Every leasing agent quits and nothing gets done 7. They won’t show you the actual unit you will be living in DO NOT LIVE HERE I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE
Landlords make random inspections constantly. Most recently I came home to an unlocked door and mud tracked through my apartment. I guess that’s my privaledge to clean up now? Unlocked isn’t great either as a few months ago someone used bolt cutters to snap the chain on my expensive road bike chained to a banister. No security and rude unwelcome constant inspections. I’ll save the mold growing in every crevasse for another review. Look else where.

My first review was appropriately 5 stars. Management and maintenance were stellar. This is the beginning of my second year (last) lease. I entered a maintenance ticket for mold growing in the heating/ac vent. We treated it twice with Clorox but it keeps coming back. I suspected the whole apartment was in trouble a month after moving in due to the weekly struggle with mold in the bathroom. I was able to keep it under control so no issue at that time. I visited the office today and the new staff is rude, unapologetic, and frankly no one I want to have contact with in the future. They will get to it when they can. Going forward, I will enter my requests online. If no response, I will contact the board of health to communicate to the staff. This has turned into such a different place in the last 4 months. SUCH A SHAME. For the price, this is NOT a bargain or even an option. Not even one star.

My husband and I are not new to the rental life, we’ve lived in multiple apartments and this is by far the worse experience we’ve ever had. We’ve been here just over a month and we’ve had a number of issues already. When we moved in it took 2 weeks for maintenance to fix the issues we pointed out at move in during the inspection and one of the items were never even completed. We also had a bug issue among some other things. We requested to be transferred to a nicer, renovated unit on the 2nd floor and on MOVE IN DAY we walked in and it was an old apartment with old appliances. We had to cancel our movers along with the U-Haul and other services. Then we were told the soonest they could get us into another unit would be in 9 days. On top of that our rent went up another $30 because they made a mistake. We didn’t even get an apology until we agreed to go to another unit. We are now in the new place which is a 1st floor unit and not what we wanted. We requested for pest control (which is free) to come spray since we had issues in the previous apartment and we were told we had to wait until we had problem which is ridiculous!! We’ve been here for 3 days and now we have an issue and we have to wait until NEXT FRIDAY (6 days) for them to come spray. I would not recommend anyone rent here, don’t make the same mistake we made. Read the reviews and if possible ask is you can see the unit before signing ANYTHING. The office staff is sub-par except for a couple people. There isn’t enough maintenance on staff to take care of over 700 apartments. They do patch jobs to get by instead of doing the work they way it should be done. As a couple other people stated the property is not well maintained. The steps have paint peeling and the hallways have webs, leaves and dirt. We can’t wait to get out of here, we don’t plan to be here much longer.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The stairways are truly disgusting. They are grimy, unsafe, broken, and filled with pieces of glass and bugs. It's gross. They haven't updated them clearly in years. I've even said something about this over a two years ago and nothing has changed. I'm embaressed to have people over because the stairs are so bad.

After reading the reviews, I was unsure about living here but, I took the chance and went to see it and loved it! I think its one of the "better" communities in the area, (I have visited most of them before making my decision). I have been here for the past 6 months and have not had any problems with neighbors, parking, management or maintenance issues.

Thanks for your response! We are glad we could provide you with a positive living experience. Wishing you a great day!
My boyfriend and I had set up an appointment on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at a one bedroom apartment in this complex. After we arrived before the time of our appointment, we waited in the office for 29 minutes with nobody in sight or around. Residents were also waiting to talk to office staff and again nobody was anywhere to be found. This type of service would not want to make me move into these apartments and waiting around was a waste of time. We left before even getting to see an apartment. Sorry, Crest but you just lost two potential customers.

Quiet community with great features like the pool, grilling area, and fire pit. Transferred into a renovated apartment and open concept is spacious. Joy Arias in the leasing office was extremely helpful with the whole process and was very diligent and friendly! She was able to assist us with anything we needed! Thank you Joy!

thank you so much for the great review! It is greatly appreciated!
We moved into one of the un-renovated models about a year and a half ago, and I am thrilled this lease is about to be up. Aside from the town itself having not a single gas station, the apartment itself was just built really poorly. We've had issues with our countertops peeling, our floors splitting and cracking, and most recently, a major issue with dry rot! The dry rot has gotten so out of control that all of the paint around our sliding glass door has chipped away, are floor gets flooded every time it rains from cracks in the wall. The side paneling to our building is literally falling off! I made several maintenance requests over the span of a month and FINALLY got someone to come out. He was in our apartment for all of 2 minutes before informing us it was indeed dry-rot and the contractors needed to fix it. Another month went by and we heard nothing. I finally called and complained to management and got someone back to our apartment. He informed us that the following week someone would come out to fix the exterior, and then a week after that, they would move to the inside to fix the walls. It's been a month since then and no steps have been taken to address this issue. Aside from the lack of responsiveness from management and maintenance, they also double charged our rent (which is already really high to begin with). While they were proactive about refunding our account, I was still overdraft-ed and the money took over a week to be returned. There is also never any parking after 10pm. I will say, the pool, grill area, and volleyball/ tennis courts are very well maintained and the people who live in the area are very friendly, but with the crazy amount of other apartment complexes in the area, your better off picking another place to live.

I also live on the top floor and I would also agree that there is no issue with noise. Even if you aren't there is carpeting so that dampens the noise. I think they units where built in the 1980s which means that the walls are not as thin. Neighbors seem to be good people who keep to themselves and mind their business. No loud parties, and no nosy people who are a little too interested in your life. This place is a breath a fresh air and I feel better and less stressed than I have in long time. It is conveniently located off of Plainsboro Road and offers things like a lounge and pool area. There is also a playground, tennis and volleyball court, a playground and even a playground for dogs. Management is helpful and courteous but man are they busy. Maintenance is also good as well. Apartments come with central air, heat, a patio, and a washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about a communal laundry room either. Been here a little under a month and I am loving it here.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review! We really do appreciate it!
This place is terrible. They have bedbugs, rats/mice, pay extra for trash removal. I wouldn't move here if I were you. Staff was terrible. I bought up issues to the staff they didn't care. One day they went on peoples deck and to all the bike racks and threw out all the bicycles. There was no warning they just took our bikes to the trash. Inconsiderate, never in my life has that ever happen to me.

Horrible. Told us we were good to move out on the day we wanted. 2 days later charged us $1,000.00 for insufficient notice. They didn't mention the required notice, then instead of oweing up to their mistake, lied and said they mentioned it. I would remember a charge of $1,000.00. They are great when you want to move in, then you are trash to them once your a resident

The give you 5 days to pay late rent, and after 5 days a late fee of $100 will be charged in you account, plus a court fee of $259. Even before the next month rent is added into your account. The water doesn't run on the weekend, so you can't take a shower or do Lundy. The heat system is a single system on the wall that makes a lot of noice, is even had sometimes fall asleep at night.

Thank you for your 5 star review! It is greatly appreciated.
One of the best property management I’ve ever met. They keep the maintenance service on the peak, and they send out regular emails to follow up with their residents if they have any issues to be fixed. Once the resident requests fixing an issue, they do their best to address it as soon as possible. I personally consider Sharon, Joy, Julie, and Glen as friends rather than just office employees because they treat my family and I as one.

I have lived in many different locations throughout New Jersey. The Crest at Princeton Meadows is by far my favorite place that I have lived. The staff including maintenance is always extremely helpful and timely which is very important to me. The amenities make me feel like I am on a resort (salt water pool, tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ grills, Fire pit). As far as the apartment itself my one bedroom is the perfect size for my wife, dog and myself. I love the open concept which is what we have. The apartment came with a washer and dryer thank god because I hate Landry-mats. Being less than 5mins from farms that offer different types of food (squash, green beans, raspberries, watermelon and so on) is an extreme perk. Also as far as location the apartment is 7 min or so to the turnpike or RT 130 with takes you straight up to New Brunswick. The apartment is also about 10 min from the transit. Bottom line I love this place!!

We have had a hole in our tube for 6 months and it's still not fixed. They called us to ask if we are renewing our lease a month ago and we said no why would we live somewhere with holes in the tub. We just got a call telling us we have to pay an extra 1900 dollars because we didn't give them a notice. When we said we talked to someone they said she doesn't work here anymore. WHAT A SCAM.. This same management group works for Addison apartments. We first went there and put money down on an apartment and then we got a call a few days later that they got rid of the apartment on us. They did this two times in a row and then we came to Ravens crest. Please guys becareful coming here. Go down the street to another apartment.

I have lived in many different apartment complexes and this is by far the worst one. I have never written an online review for anything but this apartment complex has forced me to set aside my laziness to SHOUT about how awful they are. I rented their top tier apartment for extra money and i got the most run down and broken apartment ever. But hey no problem it's a newly renovated apartment I expect things (even though I shouldnt) to not be 100% in working order. So, 2 weeks into renting I keep track of all the issues with the apartment and enter a service request. Request sits there for 3 weeks with no response so I call the office and no one answers so i leave a voicemail. No one gets back to me. A week later I had an emergency happen in my apartment (can't get too into the details for legal reasons, yes legal...). I called the office and they said someone would be right out to look at it. Lies. Call them back 3 times that day and they repeatedly said someone will come. No one did. Call back 2 days later as emergency still happening.....Months go by, I withhold my rent, and go to court. The day after!! court they fix my issue. So, basically their strategy was to wait and wait and wait hope i dont show up at court so they can win. I do show up so within 24 hrs they have it fixed. So it took me going to court to get them to fix something in my apartment. Oh and the other 10 issues i reported have still not been addressed.... TL;DR: Apartment is very superficially cosmetic and actually very poor quality, their "show" apartments are not the same as the apartment they will give you, front office NEVER responds to you, maintenance will only fix something if you take them to court
I am a current resident now and am upgrading to a 2 bed 2 bath. We paid for an apartment and gave the deposits and already had an app and approved with a move in date and some random guy gave him 5 days after everything was paid for and settled and stole our apartment. And not one person in the office can do their jobs. No one even took the apartment off the internet that it wasn't available anymore. We have a baby on the way and now all of our furniture is being delivered in 2 weeks to the apartment we were supposed to be in and I can't change the delivery. I will be suing!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. And the actual management company is never in.- and if u do have a problem with a certain person in the office they call out for 4-5 days straight cause they can't face their mistakes
Worst place to live. Management is horrible and rude. Our tub has been cracked for three months now. They fix Windows and doors without telling you and appear on your balcony without warning. They come whenever they want after work orders are put in and let your dogs out and they threaten to tow your car if you don't move it certain days. Do not live here. There are plenty of other great places in plainsboro that we will be going back to. Our apartment was flooded and we had to wait a week to find anything out because people there know nothing. Hire people with a brain and some customer service. The only redeeming quality is Colton, Harbor Groups assistant manager. After our "flood" the property manager was out for the entire week.
the new management team is terrible. terrible attitude of the phone call for the same issue/ slow maintenance fix My apt had a maintenance issue in the past. it takes at least couple weeks for them to come in and fix your apt. besides calling back to office to check in when they would my apt ( even they promised me they will fix early Monday). the office is giving me really bad attitude for me calling back to ask when they will fix my apt. and obviously, it takes forever for them to fix my apt in the end. slow and careless responsive management team: for the rent, they ask me pay with check instead of online( coz their site is broken). i did as they asked. and two weeks later i received a letter from their lawyer to ask to go to court coz i didnt pay the rent. ended they find my check on the bottom of their office drawer and tell me they forgot they got my rent. Serious, they can call me, they can email if they didnt receive my rent. but they just dont care and go straight with legal process. Terrible management team.
the new management Harbour group staff don't even attend any calls, response to the service requests very rudely. no respect or patience towards tenants. not sure if they have impression if tenants get the house for free and management take care of their expenses
My wife and I had a very stressful time trying to find a apartment in the area. Moving from North New Jersey to relocate for work. Joy in the office was a blessing. She was so dedicated to helping us. She went above and beyond to make this transition easy for us. We are so excited to call The Crest our new home and can't wait to move in! Thank you Joy!
I read good review before move in, so regret! I wouldn't recommend friends to live here. nooooo Parking lights still broken, almost two months.
I have rented apartments from large complexes throughout the Northeast, and by far, this new management group is the worst I have ever dealt with. We are being charged with late fees for things we don't owe, and continue getting "rent overdue" notices. Our rent is paid in full each month. The lease agreement we signed with the previous company is being ignored as the new company, Harbor Group, is adding charges that we did not agree to in our lease. When we go to the office to discuss this, the common phrase we get is, "that's management's decision". The first time we were charged with an additional fee, the office did not know what it was for when questioned about it.
WARNING: this company seems to have removed most the old (and very bad) reviews recently!! Many of which are written for this new Harbor Group leasing company that has been here since late 2015. Incredibly awful company to work with. The previous company and all other leasing companies in Plainsboro I have worked with are MUCH NICER than this new Ravens Crest!!! ======1====== They have sneaky ways to earn you money out of nothing. The original leasing contract says "60 days in-advance written notice is needed" at a sneaky place. What's worse, they used all the tools to let you forget about this, and charge you a fine. For instance, I received a written letter only saying "If you renew your lease before 4/30/2016, you will receive a $100 discount". I decided not to renew so couldn't care less about the discount. Today is 5/5/2016, I came to the office telling them I don't care about the discount and let me terminate on my original date 6/29/2016. Now they start to tell me: "only 55 days left and I'll charge you between $230~$315 for this 5-day late notice". They don't agree that it's their fault no matter what, although nowhere EVER did they write in the letter or any email reminding me about the 60-day rule!! ======2====== They intrude your room FREQUENTLY! In the past 6 months or so they have already intruded my apartment 3 times. In the next a few days, they will enter my living room and bedroom again and replace ALL THE WINDOWS! This is a complicated work and the workers will use very heavy machines to make my entire apartment a mess. They don't care about my privacy, and will continue to do that even if I call the police. A company should not do RENOVATION when the residents are still living there. The previous management company did respect that and only did the renovation between residents' leases. ======3====== They NEVER RESPOND TO service requests! I can provide screenshots proving that, in the past 30 days, SIX requests have been placed regarding the dead light bulb outside my apartment (in the public hallway). They NEVER came, and simply marked my request as done again and again, and don't reply my email or the online SR requests. This is more than rude that I can say. I could go on and on to tell you bad experiences with this company, and I can't wait to leave this new Ravens Crest since this new management company has arrived. By the way, they will also raise the monthly rent by 30% if you extend your contract, say, for 4 months.
The apartmants are remodeled and really looking great but...I am moving in couple of days and I am already regretting for renting here . First they gave me model that is smaller than i was looking for .It took me couple of days to adjust to change . If they told me that they had only that appartmant available for the time I was looking it would be defferent but they told me its exact model i was looking for .I was so happy but my happines didn't last long since I found its a smaller model. Then it taok them forever to send e-mail but you are not able to sign the lease unless you have all the document they are looking for but you don't know what you need since there is no e-mails. Very unorganized. If they treat potentional customers like that how do they treat there tenant . I guess I am about to find out.
They deserve zero stars. New management is horrible. No communication on any matter unless you go into the office and force them to talk to you. They are currently keeping my security deposit for 'late notice of move out' when this was never told to me when I gave my notice. Two months later when I called to see where my security deposit was, they informed me I owed them money. Also, there was a massive leak coming from the apartment above mine coming through my ceiling and it took three days for maintenance to respond. Absolutely terrible all around.
Since the building was sold, this place has a terrible management company and maintenance team. It's truly awful. It's been 2 full days since I had hot water after numerous complaints. Prior management company had this issue fixed in 3 hours for the entire complex. 2 FULL DAYS - No communication from anyone.
DO NOT RENT HERE. You will regret. I had to cancel my lease 3 months after moving here. New management is horrible! They will charge you late fees because their lazy account guy (Colton) doesn't not check the rent drop box in time or maybe he gets the rent but lies that he got the payment after the 5th purposely so they can make money $$$$ off their tenants.
For the third time in four days I awoke to no water pressure. I have previously called about this issue and was told that work was being done but it should no longer be a problem. However, that is obviously not the case, as I am watching water barely dribble out of the shower head as I am attempting to get ready for work. Residents were never notified of any work being done and were never told their days would be disrupted as so. Each time I have called the management office since, there is no one there to answer. This level of customer service is absolutely abominable. Communication is a customer service basic. Anyone who is worth a paycheck would consider notifying residents of community issues. Not only this, but the company’s website has seemed to gone down and there is no way to email or otherwise contact anyone in management. The only thing they have done is post copious amounts of advertising for local businesses on their Facebook page. They are a complete disgrace and several months into living here, I am ready to make a run for a better managed community.
Ravens Crest is indeed the BEST place to live in! I currently moved in almost 4 months ago and I have only RAVE reviews! Nothing soothes a person in need for a new place to move in than to meet a friendly staff at the Management office. By far Ravens Crest has it! That sense that you are being heard and attended to in a one-on-one manner is priceless. Moving in itself is a daunting task, pretty much like a juggling act. Not easy if you ask me. You have a whole set of factors that must come together in order to find that perfect place. Here at Ravens Crest, I've been able to have all my commodities in one. They offer a safe environment. Family oriented. Recreational area for the whole family (Tennis Court, Grilling Area, Swimming Pool, Children's Playground). All units provide central air/heating system, Appliances (Fridge, Stove, Microwave oven), Washer/Dryer in unit. Ample space. What more can you ask?! Oh! and one of the BEST public school districts! You have Public transportation in all four corners. Mid point between NYC and Philadelphia. I'd say I've found my place to call home. Always remember the place where regardless it be a month or years to come is where you and your family feel safe, secure, and will look forward to becoming part of that community. Ravens Crest is the one for me! A very happy and satisfied Tenant - 5701 Ravens Crest!
This is an apartment that is very special to me and my wife. It is our first apartment after marriage in which both of us are listed in the lease. We took the renovated apartments. The apartment was in very good condition. The kitchen had brand new appliances and the floor looked new. The common areas are clean and tidy. They have a valet for garbage which is extremely convenient. The city itself is very peaceful and beautiful. It is also very close to Princeton, with buses that you can take right from the complex. They have buses for NYC and Princeton Junction train station as well. Overall, we are extremely proud of ourselves for making the right choice.
I've been living in this apartment for about 2 years now after graduating college. I opted for the renovated apartment, which features an open concept kitchen, updated countertops, cabinets and new appliances. The community here is great, and this summer they added a new cobblestone grilling area with a firepit next to the pool. I'd recommend this apartment for anyone looking for an updated and modern apartment that may not want spend alot to live in Princeton.
