Property Ratings at The Croft Apartments
Recently moved in in the beginning of march, this place is a living hell. Not a single safe/comfortable spot in my apartment because of how bad the roach infestation is and the property manager is very rude, lies, and is very unprofessional. For your own sanity DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
There are several things that have been neglected around the building and never fixed. The glass on the fire alarms have all been busted so anyone can pull the alarm. The glass on the top part of the side door was shattered months ago and now is replaced with a plastic sheet that someone has put a hole in so now anyone can open that door without a key. The gym has a family of flies just living all over the mirrors. The elevator stops working at least twice a week, once if your lucky...the carpet in the hallways on each floor smells dingy and looks very worn down and needs replacing. Basically this apartment complex has failed at the upkeep of the property and it's depressing to constantly see everyday. I would not recommend living here.

This apartment building is old and dirty. If you live in one of the units with an east facing window prepare for your room to be unbearably hot all the time. There is no A/C in the rooms, only in the living room and that one isn't great and it is super loud. things may look good with a quick glance but when you look closer at almost everything it is not good. example, kitchen looks nice at first until you realize the drawers and cabinets are horribly built and flimsy. Finally, there are mice. When we called maintenance about it they gave us a few traps and sealed up a hole in our wall and it was a terrible job. They essentially took some wood (which didn't even cover the entire hole) and glued it to the wall. Overall not a great apartment.
I lived here with my roommate and liked it. We didn't want to deal with all the construction since there was a lot. Parking is so so because of good location and rent is a little higher for the area. Clean apartments.
