Property Ratings at The Crossing at Chester Ridge
So the office has been closed since March. They raised their rent during the pandemic when it was time to renew In April and raised it again in November for renewal. No one ever answers the phones. You can call all day and they won’t answer the phones or call you back. The pool never finished on time and is still being built and the gym was closed for a while and the clubhouse and office are still closed to this day but we stilled payed the same amount for all amenities even though most of them were closed. But the maintenance guys are very nice. It’s an okay place but I wouldn’t say luxury apartments.
I was looking to move to High Point because of a recent job change and was having NO luck finding the right apartment for me. As I was about to give up, I noticed The Crossing at Chester Ridge on google. I immediately fell in love with the exterior of the place, looked so cozy almost like you were living the mountains! From the moment I moved into my apartment I've had nothing less than an amazing experience thus far. The ladies in the office are super attentive to your needs and so NICE. The pool is great, never too crowded. Adequate parking ALWAYS. I had an issue with my microwave and they were back with me less than 24 hours to have a work order to put in to get it fixed. I also had a "wear and tear" crack in my tile at the door and asked for that to be fixed and this place went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I came home to brand new beautiful kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets, along with the tile repair. Maintenance is so nice too, makes you feel like family and that they enjoy seeing people happy! As long as I'm an apartment renter, I will NEVER leave this place! :)

Thank you for calling The Crossing home! We are happy to hear you love our community and have had an exceptional living experience!
I really enjoyed my three years at The Crossing. Simply put, you won't find a better complex for such a reasonable price. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, the staff was so quick to respond, and they were super friendly; They always made it a point to say hello and stop to pet my dog when I'd see them around the complex. My dog loved the little walking trail and pet park. It's also super quiet, not a party scene like most complexes. Management staff was always super friendly and helpful- They really were so patient and understanding and took the time to get to know me. Highly recommend.
