I have lived here for almost 3 years and can say I’ve seen what they have done to the property to make this a community where people can live in peace and quiet and still enjoy the various and ever growing amenities here. Jen and Georie are above and beyond. Some people mistake Georie because he’s very by the book but I respect that because he enforces the rules.
The parking is HORRIBLE! You can never get ahold of the office staff, they NEVER answer their phone! The appliances are low end quality. I think they were the cheapest made! When you complain about pet owners keeping their dogs quite when you are trying to sleep the office does NOTHING to fix the issue! The trash pick up is lacking even though they charge you monthly on your rent. In a complex this size it needs picked up more than the 2 times they come through here. Pet owners don’t pick up after their dogs even though it’s in the lease that they need to pick up the poo! The pool is never open, and when it is the language used over there is horrible. Kids are to be with an adult but this is NOT enforced. The walls are paper thin here, you can hear everything your neighbors are saying & doing and yes, this includes the bedroom! Poorly built, Poorly managed! Don’t waste your time renting here! Can’t wait for my lease to be up!

Residents at their convenience can either text or email us any questions or concerns they may have and this is available 24 hours 7 days a week. We ask that residents only park in resident parking areas but it is stated in all leases that we do not provide assigned parking. Residents are responsible for making their guest aware of the parking regulations. Garages with remotes are available to all residents for rent if wanting assigned private parking. All of our pet owners are expected to uphold their lease obligations and properly dispose of their pets waste. The property as a courtesy has hired a pet waste removal service to help free the property of pet waste as well. The pool is operated in accordance with the Columbus division of environmental heath dept. Pool rules are reviewed and signed by all residents at the time of move in. We do expect residents to uphold all signed pool regulations. If you have any further questions or concerns please reach out through your provided resident portal and we would be happy to assist you!

The leasing office/management is difficult to get in contact with. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying, which is ridiculous given what we pay. The parking is terrible and they only have one maintenance person so you can bet it’ll be a while before your issues get addressed. I’ve only been here 9 months and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. The place looks nice, but it’s all smoke and mirrors.

Mice on the first floor of building 8. I definitely have videos! It’s just not kept well, no parking and everything in here is cheap. Save yourself the money and hassle. It’s all fake… they seem nice. Please don’t! And it’s Columbus city schools.

Paper thin floors!!! I can hear every walk they do and the dogs. They have no respect for people that lives underneath you. This is every single day. Even after hours when its "suppose" to be quite. If you want to enjoy your quite time at home, this is not the place. I can't wait to move!

My boyfriend and I moved here this summer and have loved it so much! The noise here is well controlled, property management is willing to assist and tend to needs when requested, and our apartment is quite spacious for what we are paying month to month. The pool was nice to enjoy while it was open and there is a dog park for all the neighborhood dogs to utilize. Not to mention, the property is all new and the upkeep is great.

I been complaining for 2 months about my neighbors stomping on purpose. I been in and out of the office sending emails and nothing gets done about it. Parking is horrible! You don't get a assigned parking and some people have 3 and 4 cars. You're practically forced to get a garage for a extra $110 a month. Luxury, yea right! Spend your money elsewhere.

CANNOT wait until my lease is up. Literally the most un-luxurious “luxury” apartment complex. Parking, what a joke. Pool, yea right, closed all the time. Maintenance, ha! You wait and wait. And noise policy? Sure, I’ve never lived anywhere noisier than this place. Complete rip-off. Drawers and cupboards are all crooked, not properly cleaned before move in, caulking around sinks is a disaster, floors are wavy. Cheap cheap cheap.

Terrible apartment lived here 7 months surrounded by drugs. The parking is Terrible good luck finding a place to park. Was lied to when I moved in was told southwest schools NO its public bad areas. Go luck getting something fixed. Can't sit on patio drug smell. They are renting to anyone to fill up the apartments I will be moving soon.... Neighbor came home from work her dog was sick from the drug smell coming through the vents... The manager came out would not go through the front door because of smell coming through the vent. Bad

applied for one apartment just to be told after applying that it was rented.. requested application refund to be told it is non refundable.....i understand this but both property manage and leasing agent stated they would refund.....I do not understand why they would not honor their word
