I love going to the pool!!! its so clean and the staff is very friendly

I love this place so much! I have been living here since October! The new management is so lovely and willing to help with anything you could possibly need. I love all the nice maintenance workers and office team members but Rob by far has to be my favorite! Every morning my friend and I are always greeted by a lovely smile and a "hope you have a great day" when we enter the office. The office has genuine and intelligent people who will become your best friends. Anytime we have had any issues with our apartment we have always had a speedy fix and the maintenance workers always help with a smile! Over all this place is a very nice place to live if you are mid 20's single like me or even apart of a family! This place feels like home with its Texas Hospitality.

Este condominio APESTA!! Ojalá pudiera no darles ninguna estrella. El personal del leasing y de mantenimiento son groseros. Tengo millones de cucarachas GIGANTES todo el tiempo dentro de mi departamento. Todo se daña muy fácilmente y a la hora de venir a arreglar tardan mucho tiempo o simplemente no vienen y ponen en el sistema que si arreglaron todo cuando es mentira. La poseta todo el tiempo bota agua y nunca la arreglan Se llevaron la lavadora de mi apartamento sin permiso y trajeron una nueva que no servía, súper cochina, mal olor y mi mold por dentro y duraron más de un mes en traerme una nueva! Son apartamentos con mucho olor a humedad. El área de la piscina da asco. Cada vez que queriamos disfrutar de la piscina el agua estaba verde con basura adentro y la parrilla no servía. En todos lados huele a Marihuana. Yo tengo dos niños pequeños y es difícil la hora de dormir porque tengo unos vecinos escandalosos y los del leasing nunca hacen nada! El mantenimiento en el exterior no es el mejor y ni hablar del servicio de la basura. Ha sido una experiencia negativa para nosotros y sentimos que ellos se burlan de las necesidades de uno como residente. Pero para cobrar la renta son una maravilla y llegan a tu puerta con groserías cuando ellos no mejoran sus fallas!! No volvería a vivir acá y no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Ya no veo la hora de que se acabe el contrato de arrendamiento para irme!!! Si pueden evitar mudarse acá, no lo duden!!

My family and I like our apartment a great deal and the area is so quiet and we really appreciate that. The proximity of all essential shopping outlets are within walking distance, which is a big plus for us.

Don’t move here! Rent is way over priced, and the complex is cheap to fix anything.

I really like the location to local area's. The staff is very good and professional. I like the layout of my apartment, I think the placement of the different units are done in a way to cut down on excessive sound from other apartments.

So I called in two weeks ago to get my front door checked because the issue I am having is they key won’t go in all way meaning I leave my door unlocked! When I called in for assistance they claimed they were going to handle, she even did an emergency service but maintenance has yet to come. Now I am in two weeks later, still nothing and I am still leaving my door unlocked when I leave which is sorta scary because you just never know what you come home to. Thanks maintenance for your service and also Crossing at Katy Ranch because you sure do know how to collect rent but not properly do your job.

It is very nice living here. Quiet /clean environment. Staff very friendly/professional.

This community is great. I love living here I love the accessibility to great local popular hubs and entertainment.

Some discrepancies at initial move in. Overall experience has been pretty good. I love the space, personal garage, and quiet community. Maintenance is timely with request & friendly. Hannah was great and warm each interaction. She was accountable for errors discussed & caught others. I look forward to staying at the community.

Great place to live. Well maintained and friendly, helpful staff. Appliances are always in good working conditions and overall building, amenities, pool are well maintained.

Been here over three years and my only real issue has been barking/howling dogs on occasions when left alone by the neighbors.

Management don't care about tenants.. disappointing. Been here for 5 years, but last year was just not good.

I have had a great experience living here. The community has been great. There have been hiccups parking in all honesty I feel has been a minor issue and maintainer repairs aside from that the front office staff will always go above and beyond to accommodate the community.

The Crossing at Katy Ranch is a great place to live! Nice apartments and great management. Also in a great location close to I10 and a Walmart. I also love being able to have a garage and a yard for my dog. Makes everything super convenient! Ive loved here almost 2 years and havent had any major issues, its been so nice!

Crossing at Katy Ranch is absolutely amazing. The property is world class, the facility is one of a kind, the amenities are top notch, the staff is knowledgeable, professional, personable, quick with responses, and you can't beat the location. It's close to the I10 and many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I had a ton of boxes when looking for the perfect apartment for me. A lot of apartments were in the running but Crossing at Katy Ranch checked every single box and them some. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further....you've found it. My overall experience is superb , neighbors are great & its been a pleasant journey thus far.

I REALLY LOVE LIVING HERE! I checked around for other communities, but I did not find any that were comparable to Crossing at Katy Ranch. The Staff, community, amenities and apartment features are amazing! I'm going into my 4th year and I love it more each day! It's such a great feeling to actually look forward to going home and staying in.

I really love the community and the staff is Amazing. It feels really good to come home to a place you love. The amenities and the atmosphere are so welcoming, I literally sigh with joy and announce to my apartment that I'M HOME!! everyone I leave and come back.

Any maintenance problem that we have is addressed promptly . The community is clean and quiet. We are constantly updated on the " goings on " in the community. The staff is respectful, helpful and very accommodating to our every concern.

I have not lived here for very long but my initial reaction is that this is a very nice and quite community. The staff here are excellent and responsive.

Is a little expensive than others but the include garage and the excellent location worth it. You have everything nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, malls, etc)

We've been happy at The Crossing At Katy Ranch..going on 3 years..we never had any problems and out neighbors are quiet.

I would not recommend these apartments . This move in has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I wish I could move out immediately. Im so disappointed.

The community is beautiful and the apartments are equally if not better than my expectations. The staff is accommodating and you should ask for Jeana but honestly everyone is amazing.

Great community with nice apartments and appliances. Very conveniently located for easy access to many shops and entertainment within 5 minutes and located just off the interstate to get around the Houston area. Management is always professional and willing to help with any issues in a timely manner. All maintenance personnel are also very friendly and professional, in my experience. Overall, a great place to stay and provides a good sense of community.

I love residing at Crossing at Katy Ranch. They maintain maintenance requests and the grounds. It is a safe community in which to live.

I really love my apartment, love my floorplan with indoor stairs leading up to the main apartment.

The staff was extremely helpful in the whole process. Now due to Covid, so much is online and the staff was able to help me with this as I am not great with doing things online. Everyone went out of their way to make sure things went smoothly for me!

Best staff in complex

1.) People routinely park their cars in front of other tenants garages - blocking them out or blocking them in. 2) Walls are paper thin. I can’t listen to CNN in my living room without the neighbor next door banging on the wall. 3) Expensive. These apartments are priced much higher than the 2 neighboring complexes. They’re advertised as “luxury” apartments. I’m still waiting on that luxurious feeling. 4) I have been asking for a replacement gate clicker since I moved in. They keep offering to “test” my clicker vs. replace it. I have to buzz myself in every time I pull up. As if I’m a guest. It’s obnoxious. Again - something you just don’t expect to deal with when you’re paying $1.4k a month for a 1 bedroom.

I submitted my work order in the early am,and the work was done before 915am.The responds of maintenance was fast and quick.Everything was done on first day.aThey did a great job.
