I’ve lived here for 13 months and just renewed for another 15 months lease. Natalia and the girls in the office are great. Any time I needed anything they respond in a same day. It makes me feel good that I can stop by office any time and they are always happy to see me.

It's a lovely place to live but we pay to live in a gated community and ther are no gates still 45 days from the last hurricane so I think everyone's rent should be reduced for this and the fact we have not had use of the gym for over 60days

Paying for services that aren’t always met, like the Trash butler, unavailable access to gym is kind of annoying .They also have not kept their end about renewing lease agreements and wont reach out unless you do only to give you the runaround. Otherwise quiet neighborhood, monthly activities for residents.

We just renewed our lease. I really can't complain about much. I wish we had a less soggy dog park. Other then that we have a great set up here. We have been here 13 months and just signed 15 more.

We have been residents for 3 months and love it here. It’s quiet and relaxing yet close to shopping and restaurants and the staff have all been friendly and helpful. We’ve had a few maintenance requests and they have been handled quickly and the maintenance crew is wonderful.
Our experience at The Crossing at Palm Aire has been extremely positive - from touring, to signing a lease, to moving in, and now living in this community! The leasing team are very friendly and super helpful. They made this entire process very easy. When we moved in, the unit was clean, updated, and well-maintained. The property is lovely and well-kept. We are loving our new home!

The community and staff at Palm Aire has been exceptional. The office staff, the maintenance crews, etc. have always been a joy to speak with. They keep things fun around the property and they always have a smile on their faces. Danielle, Cody and Ish have been such a help to myself and my 5yr old daughter since moving in here. They always respond to emails and requests promptly and they seem to truly care about the residents. The facilities are always in great condition and you're always greeted with a smile. I thoroughly enjoy the game room, gym and pool areas. They are always clean and tidy and the clubhouse smells PHENOMENAL!! Highly recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a luxury apartment in Sarasota.
I had a great tour with Danielle, also met Natalia that was so welcoming. The staff was really friendly, and the place was clean with nice amenities.

Management is completely disorganized. We asked specifically to be shown units in inside buildings only and we were shown outside building as well, unbeknownst to us. We signed for one that looked like it met our criteria, trusting that the management had shown us what we asked for. On move-in day we found out we were in an outside unit and told management we didn't want to move in. We were assured that they would resolve the issue, and after some initial progress and being told we were approved, they came back and said we were denied.

Love the place. It's quiet and I love living n nature. Very peaceful location. Very serene. I have seen snakes, owls, alligators and even bob cats on multiple occasions.

The apartments are clean and nicely designed. It is in a good location so being out by the pool is very nice and relaxing as it feels like you are in more remote location. It is very pet friendly. The only issue that I've had that is not resolvable is that there is not very good soundproffing between the floors. You can hear your upstairs neighbors when walking around, vacumming, even small dogs running around. My neighbor has been very good abt being mindful of her activies and the time of day but my prior neighbor had me up at all hours with a lot of heavy walking in steel toed shoes and dogs barking all night as they worked the night shift.
The community is horrible. The residents are young and don’t take care of the place- something is always broken. The office workers are lazy and slow to respond, although the manager is good. Can’t wait to move out like everyone else whose lease is up.
BEWARE! Ask almost any resident that has lived here for more than a month and you will hear the same response..."This place sucks!" The walls and floors are not insulated, you can hear everything. The hallways are dirty and smell like wet dog and garbage. The appliances are cheap. Gates and fobs don't work. Garbage in the parking lot and retention ponds.Internet is only by Summit Broadband and out a lot of the time. The maintenance guys are kind and helpful. The management is ridiculous. There are nicer places near by that are less expensive and built better.

Summit Broadband is an internet provider based in Florida and only serves Florida. Our community is located in middle TN. I wish we were welcomed in a more warm way. It seemed like for some staff it was just someone else joining the community and wished they would explained how or what app to download for the tv’s at the clubhouse or communicated how the movie theatre works but, other than that, the community is super clean, neighbors are friendly, clubhouse always available (after office hours) and the maintenance staff are always friendly and nice! I recommend The Crossing at Palm Aire to anyone looking for tranquility and safety for your children!
Everyone that I have met are kind and helpful! Love the staff as they have made my move as seamless as possible!Enjoyable to pet all of the dogs as well.
Trash collection is skipped 4-6 scheduled days, grass is long weekly, dog parks are not maintained and stay flooded with water from poor irrigation and planning, doggy bags are always out and dog station is always full. I’ve talked to a lot of the neighbors and they have told me scheduled maintenance takes about 2-3wks for them to come by and “check out” the problem and another week to fix it. People have also gotten things stolen from their cars and office staff has done nothing. Gates have been inoperable since installation or always broken.
So far, so good. The office staff has been very responsive and the onboarding process was fast and efficient. Looking forward to moving in at the end of the month.
The location is totally awesome being close to University Town Center with plenty of options to eat and shop. The amenities on the property are legit. The staff are always friendly and easy to work with.
We are happy to be here. Great spacious apartment, beautiful view, lovely amenities and a fabulous staff all around. We could not be happier with our decision to move and experience the beautiful environment that is The Crossing at Palm Aire.

The entire staff here at The Crossing are really the best. They listen, respond and take action. The entire community here are genuinely neighborly. The units are nice!!! And the Clubhouse area is incredible. We would highly recommend living here.

So far so good, we love this place. We like that there are monthly events and get togethers, so we can meet our neighbors. Even though our Sq footage is the same as our last place, for so reason this place feels so much larger and the lay out is wonderful.

I am enjoying our apartment so far. Feeling like I live in a hotel. It’s clean and pretty. Our trash wasn’t picked up when it said it would be and the gate isn’t working. I can’t get the cable to work.
Amazing Layouts, The Amenities are top-tier and all the neighbors so far have been super friendly and courteous! Cody at the front office handles our move-in seamlessly and the around the clock effort of Ishmael and his crew have also been extremely helpful with our welcoming to our new home! excited to check out some community events and take some neat photos on the Walk-Bridge that gives both sunrise and sunset experiences.
