Property Ratings at The Crossings
The buildings are new but our appliances are wonky. Trash compactor breaks often. Neighbors are friendly.
The Crossings is a very pretty property, and I have seen the Live-Work units and they are a very different thing in apt living. The apts. are great. We love the tall ceilings and the stand-up shower. The Crossings has numerous different floor plans, and we like that when choosing a home. We love it here!
The crossings threw such an amazing event ! Live music, drinks, and food ! Amazing experience. Moving from Miami to Nashville I’ve never had an aoartempert community show up the way the crossings did for this event.

I have been a tenant since July and I can say management is doing a great job. They are attentive, accommodating, and respond on time. They have made the move in process very simplistic which was great. They have answered all questions and go above and beyond. Recently we have had a meet and greet which allowed us to have new connections among our community. I couldn’t be happier with decision of moving in. Thank you to all faculty and staff for going above and beyond with each and every aspect in this community.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago & I absolutely love the community. Even though it’s not yet complete, it’s the nicest complex I’ve ever lived in & I can’t wait to see the finished product. The leasing team has been great, professional & very helpful. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for The Crossings
The Crossings is a great new community to live. It is right off the interstate, so very easy access. Also, just across the interstate from the new Tanger Outlet that is about to open. My wife loves that. The Crossings is a beautiful apt community.
