We're thrilled to hear that your experience at The Crossings at Bramblewood was a smooth success!
When moved in there was no heat or air. Needed another unit. Haven't even stay a night in the apartment.

Can't wait for my lease to come to an end. Moved in 4 months ago and I absolutely regret it. Neighbours smoke weed/cigarettes indoors, the smoke penetrates to your apartment and it will stick to everything you own. Apartment managers are never available. If they ever respond, they will tell you how they can't do anything (there is a no smoking policy when you sign your lease, which they conveniently forget), or they flat out tell you to go tell your neighbour to stop smoking. You will have to choose between opening windows during winter or inhaling the smoke. It's everyone for themselves and God for us all here. If you love yourself, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I was thinking of renting here, however when I drove by to check out the apartments there was trash scattered around the office parking lot, a wrecked car in the parking lot as you come in. I made a circle and let. If you can't keep the parking lot clean around the office i shutter to think about how the apartments are maintained.

For me it is a very bad place, from the outside the place looks beautiful, but inside it is the opposite, the kitchen cabinets are very old, the dryer and washing machine too and it is very small, there are no lights in the rooms or in the room, the carpet is dirty and the floor is broken.

I have been living here for the past 3 years and even though they have had their ups and downs. The property is amazing. The ladies in the office have worked with me when I get behind, and have helped me when things were tough. Thanks to Pam and Natalia for looking out.

If I could give this place no stars I definitely would .. only positive aspect of the apartment is that they work with you as far as rent and falling behind but what apartment complex wasn’t during covid. Water was dripping from the upstairs apartment into mine causing me to have a hole in my ceiling in the bathroom for about 3-4 months .. to top off the hole in my ceiling .. the lights in my bathroom Sparked out while I was in the shower due to the water leaking from upstairs so from that point I had no light in my bathroom for about a month I do want to add in I tried speaking with the front office and got a bs response of maybe the people upstairs have kids , to maintenance crew coming in my apartment saying they are going to see what they can do to get the hole “fixed”because they wouldn’t want to live in my situation any longer than I have I’ve been here for about 2 years now and overall the experience here was stressful I’ve tried speaking with rental office as well as the management team on how to break my lease but no one is willing to assist

I am sorry for the issues you have encountered with your apartment. While we responded to all your open tickets in a timely manner, unfortunately, you had plumbing issues that caused a leak in your unit. We had to follow standard protocol prior to fully completing each ticket: the ceiling had to dry before we put up drywall, and the drywall needed to dry prior to painting it. When you came into the office a few weeks ago, I went through all of your tickets and explained everything. Finally, you asked me to remove some of your unpaid balance which is not something we do. If you have outstanding questions, please reach out. Best, Yaya - Property Manager - 8043202441
The staff here is polite, especially the property manager. The unit I was about to rent from this property had a cockroach infestation. I was forced go elsewhere because of that situation. Unclear if it was limited to just that particular building or unit but do a thorough inspection when you tour this property.

We honestly like it here. No big issues. Everyone is pleasant. Only issues are washer and dryer are extremely small and there is only one bathroom and you have to go upstairs to use it.
It's just a pleasant place to live without a hold lot of drama going on!! Very relaxed environment!! I've been here since 2006 very nice!!
I really like it here. Units are good, maintenance is good, staff is very friendly.
I have been a resident of The Crossing at Bramblewood for 16 yrs. and I am very happy with the location, the quietness and the friendly staff. I have great neighbors and I plan to stay. They have a lot to offer so join our community you will love it!
I have lived here several years and overall I would recommend this community to someone seeking a home.
The office personnel are easy to speak with very personable.
Im good living here. Its quiet and affordable. Safe.
The overall property is well kept. The landscaping is fantastic. The community team seems to care and really solve problems.
In the past, all issues were addressed. I like it that management really does take care of work orders, and office staff are approachable and easy to communicate with.
The units are adorable. Its just not a good fit for someone with respiratory issues.
The crossing at Bramblewood is a beautiful property. The landscaping is amazing. The community team is awesome. They really care. The maintenance team does a great job in solving problems and seem to always go that extra mile.
The team is great, the grounds are keep up,, but the apartments are dated, need a face lift. The air and heating systems need to be updated.
This is a awesome place to live! Maintenance is good with responding to issues. The ladies in the office are great and helpful!
The Crossings at Bramblewood are comfortable , the staff is friendly and accessible, maintenance of the property is good and its just an awesome place to live.
Weve been living here for 2 years and its a very peaceful place to stay.
I dont have anything nice to say about this property. Ive been a resident of this property for 12 years in for the last past two years it has been the worst when you call maintenance they end up coming bad days later to resolve a water problem I found it unacceptable we need to fix the problem never came back on to clean up the water this soaked in my rug until 5 days later
Do not move here! There is constantly garbage all over the grounds. The office employees are incompetent and rude! They are not quick to resolve maintenance issues. The maintenance staff tries, but they cant always fix the issues. There is no cold water. The water Bill's are ridiculous for a 1 bedroom apartment. Tenants are rude to each other. Dogs are as allowed to attack other dogs!
Nice, roomy apartments, many amenities, good location.
I love living here at the crossing at bramblewood, I feel so safe. The staff cares about the residents. They always address any issues I have. The crossing at bramblewood is the best set of apartments I've ever lived in.
I really appreciate the management personnel. When requests for service are made, they are usually dealt with in a timely manner. I love that I am encouraged to comment on service, and updates are usually given to inform me of progress. I can reopen a request if the service is incomplete. That means a lot. I have heard nightmare stories of other apartment communities. The response to service requests is one of the main reasons that I stayed in Bramblewood, although I moved to another apartment dwelling.
Great quiet community.. Maintenance very quick with response and service.. Only con I have right now after is the walls are very then
The staff is very approachable, accessible, and friendly. The maintenance staff is polite, knowledgeable, and gets the work done promptly. Property is very nice, comfortable and liveable.
The management and maintenance are very professional. The only problems I have is with the apartment itself. They are so old that the floors squeaks so bad and walls are extremely thin so you can even hear your neighbor's floors squeak. Also in my opinion the cabinetry and appliances could definitely use some upgrading.
The crossing at Bramblewood is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are well kept and the professional staff is friendly and helpful. Im impressed with the level of care and concern at Bramblewood.
The management team is good and very communicative but their pricing is way to high on one bedroom which it makes no sense and on top of that, they dont have any types of amenities that comes with it.
This place is garbage. Its not safe. I found a gun (not mine) hidden in my apartment, Ive had maintenance issues since the day I moved in, and its taken them 6mos to still not fix them. My water in my shower is brown (but, according to maintenance does not constitute an emergency and he wont fix it) Ive had my car physically broken into twice, Ive had people creeping around the apartments. The leasing office doesnt find any of this an issue. Im just praying for the day I can move out of this garbage hole of an apartment.
My overall experience with the Crossings at Bramblewood has been satisfactory nonetheless. Very quiet and clean community with lots of trees and nice apartment units. I recommend it to those who are looking to live somewhere that is quiet and peaceful.
Staff is great, updated unit are nice only complaint is pest issues. Within a few days of moving in I noticed roaches in the kitchen and Im a very clean person, every week I find myself emptying all the cabinet cleaning it and applying roach repellent and also cleaning everything in the cabinets. Ive never had roaches before so this pretty much grinds my gears. If left untreated we would be infested. Other than that I have no complaints.
Im a new resident. My experiences here at The Crossing at Bramblewood is very good. The staff is caring and attentive. The grounds are clean and manicured nicely. The neighbors are friendly. Im impressed.
I lived here for a year and part of my reason for moving was the rent increase at renewal time. This is a nice quiet community with nice amenities and spacious apartments. The clubhouse renovation is great. I lived in a non-renovated townhouse for a year. My favorite thing about the place was the location. It’s close to shopping, food, grocery, and downtown. The apartments themselves aren’t bad. I had a couple issues with management and maintenance. Maintenance was very responsive but fixing things usually meant some sort of patch work that would later fail and need more patch work. For instance my washing machine leaked all over my bathroom and had to be repaired twice in the same week. Dealing with the management office was usually a headache. I got a lot of push back when I provided information about having an emotional support animal. I was asked to disclose medical information that I was not comfortable sharing. Also my vehicle was towed from the property because the parking sticker fell off and I was told “well you should have requested a new sticker before hand”. I was double charged for my last utilities bill at move out, which to their credit the did adjust. But now I have another issue concerning my sercurity deposit and final bill. In summary decent apartment, great location, poor management.
Over the past month, the Office Staff has assisted me with scanning, faxing, and emailing some confidential documents. They even kept them overnight to fax them the next day, and I trusted them to do this. Whenever the Fitness Center is out of wet wipes, paper towels, soap, and/or toilet paper, I let the Office Staff know and they get right on it. They are friendly, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. They have never sent me away. They always do whatever my request happens to be. The Office Staff is AWESOME!!!! I also get excellent maintenance service as well, typically on the same day I put in a request.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CROSSING OF BRAMBLEWOOD APARTMENTS, Richmond VA. To make things short. Yesterday, I came home and Maintenance had been in my apartment without notifying me, do to a water leak in another apartment. It was stated it was an emergency after the I complained about what happen, but if it was an emergency then I should have gotten a call. When there had been a fire on my row I received a called. Well the reason for this post is that when I walked up to open my door there was keys in the door and it was open. NO MAINTENANCE in sight. As I went to walk over to the rental office a man in a blue car that was sitting a parking spot by my apartment pulled off. Far as I know it was a set up for me to be robbed. I had never seen that car before. Well after I turned in the keys, one of the ladies stated that this was a major problem and sent the Manger Debbie a message about what happen. Once I got back home and did a quick walk through to make sure there wasn't anyone hiding in my house I sent a email myself to the rental office about this and how I felt that my safety was violated. I DID NOT GET A CALL OR A RESPONSE TODAY. When I stopped by the rental office this evening when I got office, I was told that maintenance was talked to and told if they do it again they would be written up. Well I guess if I had gotten robbed or attacked if someone had entered my apartment it wouldn't have mattered. On top of it my daughter is pregnant what if someone ran up in there and attacked her. I am glad she wasn't there or came home to this. If I didn't pay on time I would get a call, if maintenance came in an reported something they saw I would get a call or if there was a disturbances going on in my apartment I would get a call, but i didn't get a call about there carelessness. When I turned in my letter that I was moving I got a call from the manger making sure they get all the money I would need to pay for breaking my lease. This was unacceptable.
Great place to live! Staff and property are wonderful. Beautiful landscaping and amenities!
