I moved here from Minnesota in October. They moved me and my roomate into an apartment that had a roach problem (didn't tell us that beforehand) and it took them 3 weeks before they finally got the exterminator here. I can count the amount of times i've had hot water come to my shower on one hand. Our dishwasher doesn't work properly and neither does our heat. On multiple occasions there's been gunshots outside, and on one occasion it was literally 8ft from my apartment door. There has been no sense of urgency to fix the broken apartment gate either. Literally anyone can come and go as they please 24hrs a day. The on site laundry facility is not the best. The washers leave residue on my clothes. Lastly Even the internet companies are a joke here. Cox has a technical issue that they refuse to take care of so your internet is choppy, and if you decide to go with CenturyLink The Crossings apartments are so outdated that you will only get half of what CenturyLink will quote you at. The only reason I would ever tell someone to move here is if they had no other options and were absolutely desparate. I can't wait to get out of here.
Don’t sign a lease here , cockroaches , filthy and the maintenance does not exist , the office people lie to you while the manager doesn’t exist to tenants , there is a reason they have a move in special , once you are in you are stuck
I called 6 times in an attempt to get additional information on the complex and rental criteria and 5 times I was hung up on. The 6th call was answered and when I stated I wanted additional information was advised they had nothing available and to call back next week no next month. Information which doesn't match what is listed on their website or the information listed here. No worries I want call back.
Was scheduled to move in but on my move in date there was roaches and mold and the manager refused to give back deposit and was very rude
I live in the crossings on lake mead and Jones. I got such a great deal with the $200 dollar move in special, which allows me to save up for the next month. I live in a clean area and the inside of my apartment is unexpectedly great. My living room is huge for its size. My bathroom is nice and clean. The bedrooms are nice and have space. My room has an attic or crawl space ?? I think these apartments are great. Especially if you want something to live comfortably...financially that is.
FAMILY ORIENTED community,washer and dryers, playground for the children, friendly neighborhood, and great management team!
I moved from Philadelpahia in April 2015. I relocated to Las Vegas for a job. I was very excited as Las Vegas has that appeal. My experience with my this apartment has been horrible and I am upset that the landlord or the company advertised falsely.
My apartments are not the greatest but it is home. I moved out of my father's house about 7 months ago and this is my first apartment on my own since serving my country.
This apartment complex is truly a slum lords paradise. The staff are friendly but they have to work with what they have for management. We are stuck in a lease until February 2016.When we complained that the AC we have did not cool our apartment as it is in need of repair. They gave us an additional unit that is portable that has driven our bill up double to keep our upstairs apartment cool. That is because they did not want to replace their failing unit that is currently trying to cool the apartment. We are unhappy so when our lease is done so will we be done. This is just a shout out to anyone looking do not come here you will be sorry you did, I know we are.
