Property Ratings at The Crossings at Neshaminy Apartments
I honestly did not even make it to the point to see how the living experience would be. I tried to schedule an appointment to walk through a vacant floor plan and the leasing person came off as if I was an annoyance to her for asking to see an apartment before signing a lease. I finally was able to get an appointment at 9am on 4/30/21. When I arrived on time, the women in the leasing office rudely told me "we don't have any models to show you". I drove an hour to see the apartment and received the worst service by far compared to other's in the area. I would not recommend even considering such a place. I can only image the service once you've signed the lease.
The apartment is great! Staff is amazing! They fix things in a timely manner! Great environment! No noise! I love this apartment!!
If something is broke dont get your hopes up that it'll be fixed in a day or two....or a month or two. They are really nice employees its just the littlest things will take forever to do
I consider myself a nice tenant, I paid my rent early (never once late) and I kept my apartment in accordance with the lease. I had no problems for the first 6 months and live quite happily. Unfortunately I had several maintenance concerns after moving into my apartment. I would call and send emails that would not be returned or assured that problems would be fixed. I would never receive notice when people would be entering my apartment and I would have no notice when the job was complete. I had three maintenance orders that were documented as complete and were not even started. I was made to feel like I was being unreasonable. To top the list I was told that I had missed one month's rent and unless I had proof of all payments that I owed that month. I paid EVERY month early through the online system that we were told to use, as opposed to checks. I am moving as soon as possible, because I cannot tolerate this type of idiocy, on top of the anxiety I have been given. If you still choose this residence, take pictures, get everything in writing, pay by check with noted month on the check, and the linoleum comes up easily.
Property Manager at The Crossings at Neshaminy Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to write your response and we are confident that your experiences are the rare exception rather than the rule. As per company policy, emergency maintenance calls are addressed within 24 hours and all other maintenance calls are addressed in a timely fashion. There are times when the volume of requests is greater which may delay response time, but, then as well, everything should be addressed it a quick fashion. When the maintenance staff responds to a maintenance call, they leave a door tag with information about what has been accomplished. All payments online are done through a major third party vendor with exceptional customer service. If any payment was misplaced or improperly noted please call our property manager in the leasing office and she will give you any information to allow you to reach our third party vendor to have it addressed. We encourage you to come to the leasing office or call-in and report any maintenance issues you may have. We are also confident that going forward your experience will be better and look forward to your tenancy for many years to come.
this is the perfect place if you like nice, quiet surroundings. our building faces a nice grassy, tree lined view. apartment is spacious with lots of closets. one of the negatives....been waiting to have a few things fixed in apartment for over 2weeks now
Not very modern need a upgrade! Looking to move to Maryland because of my job . Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a patio are a must . A gym would would be nice
If you don't mind dealing with shoddy maintenance work and are willing to wait 3-5 weeks (include calling office several times) to have anything fixed in your apartment, then this is the place for you!!!! Not to mention your electric bill could run you an additional $280-$350 on average a month!!!! I wish someone would have warned me about this prior to signing the lease. I've been renting here 3 years and this place has been going downhill every year. No updates have been made. Sidewalks are falling apart. Leaking through doors and windows when it rains. Landscaping is only done around office building to "look" pretty for potential renters. Everywhere else looks overgrown and poorly maintained. I'm sorry to say I'm too embarrassed to invite my friends and family over. Will NOT be renewing my lease!!!! Please do your homework BEFORE renting here!!!!
Property Manager at The Crossings at Neshaminy Apartments, Responded To This Review
Wow, your review sounds like you had a rough time in Londmeadow. Let us respond in a few ways. We just finished repaving our entire parking lot, put new roofs on many of our buildings, improved the pool, and we are currently upgrading many of our units. The maintenance is committed to addressing all issues in a timely fashion and we’re confident that any past bumps were more the exception than the rule. While tenants are responsible for their own electric bills, a few responsible steps can help reduce the bills significantly. Each unit must be inspected prior to a tenant moving in, and having safe and repaired sidewalks are required in order to pass inspection. Finally, we encourage you to speak with our delightful property manager who in addition to being profession and friendly, will work hard to allay any concerns or past misunderstandings. Thank you.
I love the location, so close to Neshaminy Mall and highways. The apartment itself is spacious. I like the washer and dryer in the apartment. The kitchen is rather old as is most of the apartment. I have had the ceiling in the one closet fall in. My a/c seems to need fixing every May at the start of the season. Maintenance is pretty good though and seems to come same day when called. The landscaping is green and really nice in the warm weather months. Neighbors have been great. My biggest complaint is probably the electric bills. I live on the bottom floor (1-bedroom). While the warmer weather months it is not bad, the cold weather months are a different story. My electric bills were running $300 a month. I bought some space heaters this past winter which helped a little, but not enough for my liking. I hear the top floor apartments have the biggest bills in the summer with the a/c. Because they are so old these places could use some updating. But I know the rent would probably rise out of my reach if they did. Overall I just call them average. They have got good and bad to them. They have one of the best dog policies around though if you are into that.
I'd not suggest to stay at this place. Maintenance service is worst. I have to call 10 times to fix one thing.
Property Manager at The Crossings at Neshaminy Apartments, Responded To This Review
We’re sorry that was your experience. The maintenance staff is competent and available 24/7 for emergencies. At busy times, like the changing of seasons or after significant inclement weather (snow storm, major rain fall etc.) repairs may take slightly longer. However, that is certainly not standard! We are confident that if you still live here, or decide to come back, this is not, or will not be, your experience. Thank you.

I work in the office and am not aware of anyone calling 10 times for anything. Please call me!
