Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The staff here is unparalleled in their helpfulness and quick responses, especially when I encountered a significant issue upon moving in. They swiftly resolved it, demonstrating their commitment to resident satisfaction. Beyond that, the neighbors are exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. The four-legged residents (dogs) are not only friendly but add to the community's charm. What's particularly heartwarming is how everyone, including the residents, showers my toddler with kindness and friendliness. It's a wonderful feeling knowing that we're part of such a welcoming and supportive community!
We really like it here. Nice having a large dog park and the carriage homes are spacious. Haven't had any issues since living here and everyone that works here has been great.
We moved in about 2 months ago and are loving our home here. The complex is clean, family friendly, pet friendly, and in good proximity to just about anything you could want or need. The office girls and maintenance guys are wonderful to work with and are quick to answer questions/maintenance requests. We would definitely recommend living here :)
Been here for a year and just renewed our lease. Great looking apartments with good amount of space, well equipped gym that's open 24/7. Beautiful pool only wish that it was open a little bit longer throughout the year. quiet ambience, neighbors are considerate of each other. The community is kept clean. Just wish that we still had the community chat that we used to under different management also community grant gatherings And events and food trucks and karaoke nights like other apartments do. we're boring here. Maintenance is always on time and does efficient work. The price point for these apartments are pricey compared to other luxury apartments in Pooler. Not sure why. Great location but for the price I really wish we had a security gate almost every other apartment complex does.
I’ve been living here for almost a year now in February. It’s a great place to live honestly I couldn’t have asked for better. The only thing I would change is the roach problem outside in the hallways on multiple floors. Other than that everyone is so nice and welcoming and it’s put in a great spot in Pooler, ga.
I have lived here since 2022 and actually just renewed my lease. Overall, I think this is one of the best apartment complexes to choose in the Savannah/ Pooler area. The layout of the apartment is very spacious and open. The community is well kept and for the most part everyone is very kind. The only cons I can think of is that it can sometimes be difficult to get ahold of the leasing office staff and parking can sometimes be a hassle in the back/ corners. -Breigh M.
The ladies in the leasing office are amazing; always so helpful and accommodating! The apartments and amenities are very nice. Maintenance is always quick and thorough! It’s in a great location with everything you need close by and in a very safe part of town!
I’ve had some ups and downs with this apartment complex, but the staff has always been friendly. My AC has gone out a few times since living here in the last year and a half, the most frustrating time being back in August while I was 7 months pregnant. It took awhile to get fixed, but was at no fault to the maintenance team. I was given 1 window unit, but I still ended up having to get a hotel as it was unbearably hot that 1st day and was not reimbursed or compensated even though my apartment got up to about 80 degrees. At this same time, my apartment had an infestation of fire ants. The fire ants were coming out of my baseboards and outlets. Again, this issue was resolved after a couple weeks. On a more positive note, the maintenance team has always been very courteous and helped when and where they could. (I think most of my issues were due to vendors and not the maintenance team themselves) Bob has been a huge help any time that I need him especially now that I’m further along in my pregnancy and I am so grateful that he is so responsive. I love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is and I appreciate all of the parking that we do have.
My husband and I have lived here for 3 yrs. The office staff and maintenance crew are prompt with any needs we have. Always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking to live in the Pooler area!
I’ve lived at the crossings at pooler for the past two years. I’ve loved living there with all the amenities including fire pits and a pool. The staff is also amazing. I love the valet trash and ground sleeping is always up to date!
The location is ideal for people who want to take full advantage of the Savannah area. The staff is always helpful, and the complex is always clean.
This is a great place to reside. Peaceful, nice amenities, quiet neighborhood. The front office is nice and answer all questions and concerns. Its located in a prime area with everything you need around it. Beautiful lake views as well.

Moved in about 7 months ago, and enjoy the location. Right off I-16 so a quick commute downtown. Close to Costco and 8 min from Walmart and the outlet mall. Pet friendly with a large fenced in dog park for my Aussie to run wild. Maintenance is quick and pleasant, trash valet is a perk I’ve come to really enjoy. The nest thermostats are also awesome as it saves me a lot on my electric bill and also nice to adjust the settings from my phone. The gym, fireplaces, and pool are nicely kept great amenities to have along with the luxer locker system for packages.
If you are looking for an apartment with close proximity to shopping centers and other amenities, this community has a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I have also found it to be quite safe, as it is tucked back from the road.
I love living here! Beautiful, clean, quiet, parking is never an issue, amenities are great, and management is amazing!
The management practices are terrible. They will lie to your face about things you won't be charged for than charge you anyways. They kept charging me pet rent after my dog had passed. They were unapologetic and difficult to get my money back from. The apartments are ok, look nice, but doors are thin and sound travels. For your money, you can find something better and hopefully staff that actually cares about their residents instead of screwing you over.

I paid an admin fee of $150, and also received an email of approval, only to be told that I had to prove income of 3.3 times the monthly rent. I fell just short of meeting that threshold, so was unable to rent and I still have not received a refund for the $150 admin fees. Funny how we have to pay admin fees right away, yet we have to wait weeks for the money to come back to us. If I don't see refund by this weekend I will dispute the transactions with my bank directly, and I called and left several messages to the office that nobody ever returned my call on.
