Property Ratings at The Crossings at St. Charles
I love it here! Koy at the management office has been outstanding anytime I reach out to her. I’ve had to put in a couple of maintenance tickets due to broken blinds, and my patio door lock needing replacement. Maintenance took care of my requests within 24 hours. It’s great to live in this community.
I’m glad to call The Crossings home. Great community- very little noise from neighbors, adequate parking, spacious units, and a great leasing office.
I enjoy the apartment I share with my roommate and for the most part maintenance is well managed. They're very timely with cleanup crews in the hallways and plowing snow in the parking lot, that's much appreciated. I do wish the amenities within the apartment were a little more updated, the cabinets are very old and lacquered. Appliances are also pretty old as well.
I like the community I live in. It’s peaceful and quiet. If there’s any issue maintenance wise they are quick to fix the issue. The management is easy to talk to.
Bad management, unorganized staff; grimy grounds, apartments, pool, and fitness center. Apartments do not look like the photos and are poorly maintained. No one is ever in the office and maintenance takes forever and forgets about requests. Not safe, we had people on our porch at night and our car vandalized in the parking lot. We had a wall crumbling with mold growing in it and they told us to “spray a little bleach on it”. Incredibly expensive; our rent went up 15% +\-each year we stayed (~$200), as they told us if you won’t pay it, someone else will move in and will. Stay away from this complex and these insensitive people.

This is my third time living here and I really do enjoy it. Extremely pet friendly and the location to both downtown areas of Geneva and Saint Charles plus grocery stores banks and shopping centers is great. Staff is friendly and efficient. Easy access to gym all hours of the day with brand new equipment is a plus too and dog baggy stations on every corner of the complex.
It’s very nice the location and I like my new apartament ,the people are very friendly and the installations look great but I see details in my apartment
Great experience clean environment peaceful and quiet haven’t had no issues everything is so close hospital is near grocery stores etc . I love it
Decent facility. Emergency crews are great when something breaks. The pool area is closed a lot but they will let you know about updates when the come.
Everything is good so far. Everyone has helped out with us in a timely manner when we needed and is great about answering any questions we have.
I rate it a four not because of the office but because of residents not picking up their big dog poop. You can tell the difference, office is trying to keep areas clean . But I would liane for the hallways carpets to be carpet cleaned just a thought. Thank you!
Shady place to live. Crime has risen and constant police are around the apartments, yet they up the price of everything. They do not keep up maintenance in the apartments.
Safe community as usual and great people who are willing to listen to what you may need help with or to answer questions. It feels like home!
If you like a place where rent is to high and dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs. This place is for you. The office staff are rude but super nice to get you to move in. There’s no parking anywhere after 8. If I didn’t already live here I would just drive past
Love all the cute pets! Kids are always outside playing catch, it’s a nice place to live in. I’m looking forward to see what the pool and patio have to offer!
It's a nice place for living in, the community is respectful, quietly, Pacific. Administratives are always ready for our requests. Everything is clean and I like the spaces like the gym, pool and common areas
I am quite happy here I am happy with the amenities and the staff is very helpful Koyoma is always pleasant and always answers my questions and concerns
My fiancé and I recently moved in and we absolutely love it so far! The apartment is beautiful and the office staff is amazing and so helpful!
Maintenance responds pretty fast. Noise in our building is minimal. Rent is a little steep for what you get here. They don’t negotiate when resigning.
I love my apartment. It is cozy and has a great view of the pond. The manager and staff are very accommodating and if I ever have a problem, it is taken care of. The neighbors are friendly. I have lived here for 3 years.
We have been here for almost 3 years. I love it. Very quiet and safe place. I love the animals around here. We enjoy seeing everyone with their pups
Muy acogedor los apartamentos muy limpio un ambiente muy sano para los niños buenas instalaciones muy contento de estar viviendo en esta unidad residencial
Maintenance is very respectful and pleasant. The apartment complex has the same feeling as when we first moved in again, I love it and appreciate the effort they put in for us
Great living community Very kind supportive professional managment Pet friendly Quiet neighborhood Prime location with easy access to all services
Nice little community. Can be a little noisy at times, but honestly that comes with any apartment complex. Haven’t had any issues with my neighbors.
New resident. Move in process was smooth as could be. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad. The staff was wonderful in helping move with short notice. Kitchen area looks fantastic
I love to use the clubhouse, there’s a great pool and gym to use. It’s in a beautiful area with friendly neighbors. Really close to downtown geneva and downtown Saint Charles as well.
Really nice place to live but people don't pick up their dog poop and Management/maintenance doesn't care. Very smelly if windows are open.
Very nice area. Neighbors are. Very friendly and enjoys everyone saying hi in The hallway. Even with dogs all around, you never hear them.
The move in was great. The office staff is friendly and always ready to help. For being a large complex it is very quiet and I have nice neighbors.
Greatest staff in any rental community that I have ever been alert of!! They are friendly, prompt with any issues and make the place have a great community feel!!
I love living at the crossings! Always quick to answer and very helpful. This is my first home by myself and it is so comforting knowing how much they care about everyone here.
I signed a 12 month lease at the Crossings and I did enjoy the location but the unit I lived in was not very well taken care of. Every appliance was very outdated and they apartment was dirty when I moved in. Paint splatters all over the floor, drains that clog up every other day, when I moved in the toilet had two razor blades clogging it, and the garbage disposal had a rubber glove jammed into it. The blinds were all bent up and very filthy, something that could have been easily replaced by management judging by how much they charge for rent. I have also had a rodent problem since the first week I moved in. Management made next to no effort to take care of this and I have to deal with it on my own despite how many times I complained. I asked for exterminators to come and they never did. I keep my apartment very clean and I am still dealing with rodents consistently. They are clearly infesting inside the walls and management does not make the effort to address it. As a whole, I think the issues are with the management team and their lack of communication and availability. I recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease while the current management team is in place.
I have lived at The Crossings for three years. I love my apartment. It is spacious and has a lot of cupboards. The landscapers keep the development looking very nice. The managers are friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew respond quickly whenever I have called with a problem. I am very happy here.
Very quiet neighborhood. Doesn’t feel like you are living in an apartment. I love how everything is around here, a lot of stores and restaurants.
I like the complex and office very much. Aside from a package being stolen from my front door and the frequent visit by the fire department due to old fire detectors I enjoy my stay.
Love unit layout great management staff and maintenance crew exceptional clubhouse, gym and pool great veiw from my balcony to watch wildlife in pond tranquil and relax atmosphere
I enjoy living here it seems to be a peaceful area and everyone seems to respect each other the buildings are nice and the apartments inside are very nice and they have a warm feeling to them all together I enjoy living here
I love the community I’m around it’s so beautiful and peaceful yea I give it a 4 star because there’s a couple of things there’s need to fix but it never lets us down with maintenance
The property is great excellent location. Close to shopping. The office staff are friendly and. Courteous and maintenance is very fast and friendly
Great atmosphere and area but mold problems that have reoccurred. Also some plumbing issues that had the toilet floor to the front door, third time it has happened. First two maintenance was pretty good at coming back but third it took a few days.
Overall good experience.....great location near many department stores and close to hospital ....expressway access with in reason...great amenities here at the crossings pool ,workout facility, waser and dryer in unit which makes living a lot easier than other places.
A great place. A very quiet neighborhood with lots of shops nearby. A pleasant place to live comfortably. A great place. A very quiet neighborhood with lots of shops nearby. A pleasant place to live comfortably.
Living in a place with a pool and nice sidewalks can contribute to a healthy and active lifestyle. It provides opportunities for physical activity and leisurely pursuits, encouraging residents to enjoy the outdoors and stay connected with their surroundings. Additionally, such amenities can add value to the property and contribute to a positive living environment.
It is a nice neighborhood. There has only been a couple of incidents since I moved in, which is to be expected anywhere there are a group of individuals
I recently had the pleasure of moving in at The Crossings of St. Charles , and I can say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the complex, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth.
Crossings of st Charles is a great place with big parking lots. Cleaning place and wonderful place to stay for long time . Also have a lot space for storage and great gym and pool for the kids
Very nice place for living. Our family happy to live here. Very clean outside, quite and beautiful nature around. Very kind manager works here.
I’m a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due!! I’ve been in the service industry for quite some time now and I have to take my head off to the ladies in the office. They go above and beyond helping you with any questions you might have or guidance you need. Every time I visit the office they’re always in such an upbeat and positive mood that it doesn’t matter what kind of day you’re having they can definitely turn it around. I also think that the crossings here in Saint Charles do a great job in hosting fun events that give you the chance to meet your neighbors. Definitely feel blessed to be a part of this community and looking forward to the year to come.
