Property Ratings at The Crossings
The pros: the rent is a good price! And good location. The cons: smells of weed everywhere, outdated appliances and stained carpets.
This building is absolutely disgusting. The property managers give zero cares about this. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!
The only thing this apartment complex has going for it is its location in Downtown. You have to pay $20/month per car to Park Roanoke. There is no guest parking unless your guest is only staying for an hour. There is only shared laundry, no in apartment laundry. The quality of the internet that you have to pay for as part of the required utility fee is subpar, of course you can upgrade for an additional charge. The property manager lives in the building but is rarely available in the leasing office. Your electricity bill is paid as part of your rent, mine was astronomical during the winter. I really think there was something wrong with my meter but the property manager offered no resolution except to make sure I was turning my lights and TV off when I wasn't home, like I wasn't already doing that. I'm moving out at the end of my lease, going to be getting a two bedroom apartment with way more amenities for the same price as what I am paying here.
Very convenient to everything walking distance to downtown to local shops and restaurants. Wonderful family friendly management. Right in the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains. Come live us Downtown Roanoke.
