It’s a nice place staff was friendly and very on top of getting the items that needed fixing fixed right away. They have went above and beyond and the apartments are super nice

Many residents including myself have voiced parking is a big issue. There’s also a very big issue with spiders in the door ways into your apt.

Community wise it’s pretty quiet but you can definitely hear the ppl above you. Everyone with dogs are pretty considerate when it comes to the dog park everyone shares pretty good. The hot tub is not hot lol but if that’s all I really got to complain about then that should be pretty good.

Literally one of the best apartments I’ve live in here in Washington state. When it’s a nice hot day I know exactly where I’m going; the pool! If it’s a really cold day like how Washington usually tends to get then I get in the sauna. Sometimes my friends come over and if we don’t want to stay at my place playing the game all day we go to the common area and play some pool. Fantastic!!

Dakota apartments are great. The amenities are wonderful. Quiet community most of the time, with walking trails and parks nearby. The new dog park seems to be great for dogs in the neighborhood.

Really enjoy living in a gated community! Lots of great amenities to enjoy. Parking is scarce sometimes so that's difficult sometimes when you have guests.

The community is great! Parking, however, is very annoying. It seems like there aren't enough parking spots for residents. I get off work at 4:30 in Tumwater and my boyfriend gets off at 3:30 from up in Tacoma. He gets home before me and snags an uncovered spot so I can have our parking spot. If both of us get home after like 5 then there are no parking spots inside the gate, which is the main reason we chose this apartment. Definitely something to think about before moving.

Both managers have been attentive and super helpful throughout this process! They have made it easy to move in and get everything situated. The maintenance team also helped us with some urgent calls on the first day!

The Dakota is a nice place to live with updated amenities. They keep it clean and the staff is very prompt and professional. The only issue is additional parking which isn't even that much of an issue. Would highly recommend.

The Dakota's is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I do not hear any noises from my neighbors and everyone I have interacted with is super friendly. I definitely recommend living in the Dakota's.

Staff is very friendly and the apartments are nicely updated. Parking sometimes can be hard to find but usually it isn’t a problem. The covered parking is a nice feature to have as it’s usually lighted making it feel safer. The amenities are nicely updated and are great to have, especially the pool during the summer. Overall, it is a great complex with friendly people!

Finding a place to live is easy but finding a community is hard. Caitlin promised me I would love it here and she delivered. I feel safe and at home and love all the amenities it comes with. For the price I just couldn’t pass it up! So thank you Caitlin for convincing me to live here. Not like my other options where any better!! Love this place and the community!!

The Dakota has everything I need and want. A spacious apartment, a gym, a pool, a hot tub, walking trails, pet friendly, covered parking, and all in a gated community. And the landscaping is routinely manicured. The maintenance crew is always available and they repair or replace whatever is needed in a thorough and timely fashion. I think The Dakota is a good value!

I like living here, friendly neighbors, clean surroundings. Pet friendly. Parking for residents and visitors needs to be seriously addressed. Not sure why we have an outdoor pool when it's closed 3/4 of the year.

Sadly, in Washington state pool permits are only Memorial day through Labor Day weekend, we wish we could have it open so much more too! Has been a wonderful and peaceful place to live and everybody so kind and considerate of others. Is a great community if you love privacy, since it is gated and I would recommend to anybody looking for a new home.

Has nice clubhouse and gym. Great response time to work orders . Gates are always broken,never enough parking, dogs barking all the time....

"Gated community" is a loose statement. Two out of the three gates are one way locked so people jam things in the lock to keep the gates open, resulting in anyone can come in. There have been a number of car break ins this year. Petty theft. The front office has promised accessable locks or key pads installed but it's been mine months and two waves of break-ins and still nothing. Biggest pet peve so far.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to provide your feed-back. It is greatly appreciated. We do wish we could lock all outside doors at all times, but sadly do to fire protocol we cannot. We have spoken through many different solutions for our pedestrian gates, and even tried a few different solutions to no avail. We are hoping that we can get the message across to residents and/or guests in 2024!

Apartments are very spacious! Tall Ceilings are absolutely amazing. The area is quiet but has so many things to do near by which is very convenient. I love living here because of the great environment and how safe it makes me feel:)

My experience in the short time I’ve lived here so far has been great! Everyone staff wise is very friendly and accommodating. Staff is really good at getting service request done quickly and efficiently, while also letting you know what’s going on if you’re not home.

The community is very nice. Apts are updated with new flooring. Parking could be better. I love the dog parks. the maintenance guys do a great job of keeping the property clean and beautiful
