Trinity Park is defined by fun -- this is the location of the PNC Arena, the Carter-Finley Stadium, and the NC State Fair. It is also home to the Centennial Biomedical Campus, the JC Raulston Arboretum, and the J.S. Dorton Arena. Trinity Park is one of Raleigh's most vibrant neighborhoods, located roughly five miles northwest of Downtown Raleigh.
Sports fans appreciate having the PNC Arena in the neighborhood -- and so do concert-goers. I enjoy my stay. I only have a few gripes which is the WiFi is a tad bit outdated as the Ethernet ports or Cat 5e instead of Cat 6e. I also wish there was a ceiling fan or light included in the second bedroom.

Fast response to maintenance requests. The neighborhood is relatively quiet as well. Food trucks visit the property often, and there are a lot of fun events too.

So far, the team has been fantastic. Parker gave me the tour of the apartment and provided me with all the information I needed, from valet trash schedule to how old the appliances were. They are all very kind and personable, and made sure I had all my needs met before moving in. The apartment was very clean upon move in, the appliances are new, and the floors are beautiful. The community is quiet and safe, and it is located at a great location!

I live on the Ground floor and the apartment feels humid in my room and we just had a leak from above us which caused my wall and Carpet to have to be removed and no one told me this meant I would need to find a place to sleep for like six nights however the complex responded very quickly to this problem….. also there is a like thumping noise in my bathroom wall and it’s only a few times a day but it wakes me up at night and in the morning and I have no idea what that could be

Amazing apartment complex, lots of perks and nicely maintained. The layouts are great & wonderful amenities. The maintenance staff is so helpful & the office staff is very nice. My only reason for one less star is because of the awfully loud and rude upstairs neighbors I have. I have notified the office several times about the issue and left a voicemail for the curtesy officer and nothing has been done.

I've been at The Dakota for about 3 months now, and things here have been going very well. I have no issues with my apartment, and the minor issues I sent requests for were handled very quickly. The grounds are well kept, and the apartments are in good condition for the price. I looked at a lot of places before this, and you can find a lot of junk for only $100-200/mth less. It was worth paying a little more for The Dakota. Parker and Mike have been easy to work with and very helpful.

So happy to call this place home! Management actively maintains all parts of the property (timely repairs in units, recently replaced the parking lots, refinished the breezeways in buildings, etc.). Staff is super friendly and helpful. Unit are spacious and beautiful. Truly couldn’t be happier in an apartment.

There are a lot of things the front office says they will do but never do! It seems like there were all these cool amenities they were showing off when I was given the tour and after multiple times asking after I moved in they are still not fixed and are broken! They staff says they will get on it but it’s been months and they never do. :( they are kinda rude to. Seems awkward and inconvenience to them whenever you walk into the office. Lots of hidden fees in the lease too. Not sure the point. But I do like the area!

Smoke free community yet every time I walk around the complex it smells like weed and cigarette smoke. Dog park isn’t up to date and people never pick up the dog poop in there. Amenities are ok but not great. The complex is quiet which is great.

The Dakota was one of the best apartment groups I found when looking around Raleigh. The pictures online are very nice, and the apartments/clubhouse/grounds look as good in person as in photos. The 1-bedroom apartment I'm in is in great shape, has good space in each room, and all the amenities I was looking for. Parking can be a bit full at times, but I also understand it's because the complex is completely full now. Parker is a great job working with me and understanding what I was looking for. The process was fairly seamless, and I moved in right on time. One complaint for now - the elevator has been out of service for a couple weeks, so we had to move to a 4th floor apartment via 3 flights of stairs. It was pretty rough, and I hope they fix this situation really soon.

The Dakota so far has been full of surprises with just how much better they can get. Every day it seems like there is something more that they offer as you explore the amenities. Found the apartment online when looking int he west Raleigh areas. Overall, great neighborhood, nice appliances, and amenities. Complex is very clean with appropriate gardening and landscaping thats gives a comfortable Raleigh fee. Walking distance to PNC and NC State Football arena. Friendly staff members on site to help with any questions or issues.

Clean and well maintained facility, maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Pretty quiet and great access to PNC arena area within 1 mile walking distance. This is primarily a young persons community with many dogs. If you are older you may want to look elsewhere. Property management staff could be friendlier. There seems to be a high turnover with them.

We just recently moved into the Dakota and so far its been a good experience. The place is very modern and close to the PNC arena, which is a big plus for us. The overall community as a whole is fairly younger adult focused (I believe there are some NC State students). The rent is a reasonable price for what you are getting. As long as it continues to be well maintained and requests are adequately taken care of, I believe this is a good place to live.

I really enjoy living at this complex. The complex is quiet and the view from my balcony is unbeatable. This location is close to many things. The only downfall is maintenance - I made a request and it still hasn't been looked at (it's been about 3-4 days). The maintenance guy called me, and I called right back only to not get in touch due to the front office not picking up the phone and then telling my fiancé that he couldn't talk to maintenance about anything even though I gave permission to enter the apartment. Lots of miscommunication from the staff.
