Property Ratings at Infinity Midtown
My roommate & I have lived here for 4 years. In that amount of time we have had the following issues: - car got totaled due to parking garage construction that we weren’t informed of - car broken into - call box somehow got programmed with another building’s info, revealing their private contacts & preventing us from having guests call up for months - elevators broken constantly - kitchen sink fell through the kitchen counter - roommate’s room got flooded 3 times due to shoddy fire sprinkler installation, ruining all her belongings & making our apartment unlivable during construction, during which they WOULDNT GET US A HOTEL because the apartment was still “technically livable” -apartment hallway flooded twice due to electrical closet issues - dishwasher had to be replaced Look at the rental prices here & ask yourself if you’d like to pay that much a month for all of these problems.

Easy to tour, easy to sign lease, common areas are clean, unit is in very good shape, maintenance is extremely responsive
It was the customer service that 1st caught my attention. Cassie was very knowledgable as well as friendly...
YES
The absolute worst management! The gym equipment is broken for months and it's generally not well equipped. The pool and deck stay dirty for days! We even caught a homeless man smoking weed in the gym's bathroom. There is only one elevator for the entire building and it is extremely slow! Also, the parking spots are tiny and the building fire alarm went off randomly the other night waking our infant - it was too loud for him and there was no fire. We moved here three months back and filed complaints about broken stuff in the apartment and they still haven't sent anyone to fix it. Very unfortunate cause the apartments are nice and they could've made our entire experience here worthwhile if only they would try and get a little more on top of things. They really don't care about this place it seems. Wouldn't recommend living here to anyone!
I would recommend this apartment community to some one because I felt like Emily was trying to meet the needs that I had.
Too much to write down, they don’t care about you here and new management is terrible. For the price you can get way better. I never write reviews but after a year here I want to save others from my experience.
This place was terrible as The Dallas and now it's extra terrible as The Apollo. Love trying to leave your apartment, only to find that the entire hallway is covered in glue because they're laying down new flooring and you're literally stuck? Awesome. This place is for you. Love waking up to the blaring sound of the fire alarm throughout the entire building while your dog whines and whimpers? (*Note: there is definitely no fire.) This is your place. One, slooooow, often-broken elevator for the entire building. It sometimes takes 5+ minutes to get up or down depending on time of day and, probably, luck, in general. They shutdown the entire lobby for extraneous beautification purposes, yet I hardly ever actually see anyone down there working...no idea how long that project is supposed to last. The heckin WORST. I'm out next month. Good luck with all that.
I have lived here a year too long. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save your money and don't move here! New management is the worst I feel like no one works here you have to walk over to the sister apartment to get any service. They switched water companies and with all the new fees it went up $45 a month. Have left multiple messages for when something goes wrong with maintenance and didn't receive a call back till 4 days later. Elevator shakes so bad feels like it's going to break any day now. Have had numerous break-ins in the parking garage you have to pay for. Just all around ridiculous!!!
