Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at The Dalton
Really great community to live in. Property Manager is always very polite and does a good job with keeping us residents happy. The apartments are really spacious and nice.
I love this property and the staff is great too. I absolutely love my new place. They have great floor plans and good prices.
When I moved here last year in November I was assigned a parking spot. Now, since management has been changed 3 times we find out there is no longer any assigned parking. On Monday, July 17, 2018 I spoke with the new management (Michelle) who assured me they would take care of the parking situation and it would be free for all residents. Today, July 20, 2018 we received a notice on the doors stating that all reserved parking is first come first serve with a $30 dollar a month fee. So, my question would be why? Why pay more when repairs aren't being done and this place is literally falling down. A month ago the bricks came tumbling down in front of the door and we could have been killed then just last night wood fell from upstairs with nails sticking out. Water leaks constantly and the dumpster is so overly full until the trash and debris fills the parking lot. Why? Why would you take away parking from a tenant (me) who has paid their rent on time every month without complaining about the deplorable conditions we are living in. Why? More lies but hey, my lease is up soon and I WILL not be renewing. This apartment is up for grabs. Good Luck!!
Great location, and they take really good care of you.
This must be the only property around where you can run a used car business from your apartment. There has been at least 7 vehicles within the last month that have been up for sale. Right now there are 2 trucks up for sale as you enter the property from Brown Ave. 1 is parked in front of a sign that says 3min parking. The other is parked in a no parking fire lane space. Real classy.
