Norcross is a small suburban community located about 30 minutes northeast of downtown Atlanta. The management staff could not be more helpful. The maintenance team are very responsive. The interior design of my one bedroom apartment meets all my needs. I have a beautiful wooded view.
I would like to express my gratitude for my experience here thus far. It has been a pleasant stay in a calm and quiet community, where the atmosphere is respectful and people tend to keep to themselves, which I find very appreciated. The front office has demonstrated excellent communication skills, ensuring that residents are informed, particularly regarding the timely trash collection. When there are any delays, they make sure to notify us, which I truly value. Additionally, the maintenance team has been incredibly kind and helpful, always available when needed. Overall, I am enjoying my time here immensely.

The newness was unbeatable, a small community, quiet and ideal to raise kids. Been experiencing prompt and intentional responsiveness from the management team thus far. And communication is top notch. I implore them to carry on like this and not tone down. Love the strict approach in imploring residents to adhere to the various clauses in the lease agreement.

It’s okay, the pool is closed and my children and I enjoy the pool, but other residents broke glass all over the pool area so they have to make sure it’s safe before it opens. Every time I’d like to grill, the grills are already taken. There’s no sign up list, the grills are first come first serve. The property manager is rude. Overall it’s just an okay experience, I’d thought it would be better. Maintenance is really good, they are fast and they fix things properly. Landscaping is really pretty and a nice gym!

My roommate and I have been thoroughly impressed by the swift actions taken by the management to tackle issues within our apartment complex. One notable instance was when the AI service missed collecting residents' trash. Without delay, the management promptly contacted their supervisor to rectify the situation. Another commendable action was in response to some residents violating pool area rules by smoking, breaking glass, and exceeding the guest limit. In response, the management swiftly sent out an email to all residents, reminding them of the pool regulations and imposing fines on those found violating them.

The complex is nice and new, though only one bedroom has lighting installed which is odd. The bathrooms don’t have towel bars near the sinks, and the overhead lighting is way too bright with LED bulbs that are hard to replace.

Nothing beats brand new! This was the main thing for us. Then moving in, we saw the nice amenities and we were impressed. The park theme of the community is a solid plus too.

The Darnell is a great place to call "home". The staff, especially Kenya, always greet me with a smile and are very helpful with accommodating my needs. Dave & Juan are always quick to attend to any problems that arise and are “always a call away”. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The gym is open late and pool…breathtaking! The lights and ambience at night is lovely, especially when walking along the trail. The golf putting green, outdoor table tennis, corn hole and grills are great for enjoying family and friend gatherings. The club house smells amazing and is a great place to work and relax. The development is secure with 24/7 surveillance and courtesy officer patrols - I could not feel safer anywhere else. The location is also a big plus as it is close to the I-85 making it convenient to access Atlanta city and local amenities. The Darnell is a beautiful gem in Norcross. I highly recommended!

I have enjoyed my living here at The Darnell. The property has lots of amenities and is very homely and quiet the staff and the maintenance team or amazing, professional and always there and responsive. The resort style pool is one of my favorites, no to mention the ongoing events they have the residents from Movie Night, Grab and Go Breakfast you name it they area always coming up with amazing events within the property. My boyfriend and moved in last year November and we love the Darnell. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance crew are very helpful . Kenya was the one that helped us out in the whole process of selecting the Darnell. There’s a really nice gym, pool with a Bbq and I love that they have a dog park. Overall we are so happy with our apartment

The darnell is a beautiful community I been living here since September and I love it the pool is beautiful the gym etc.. plus they have residents rewards love it.

I love living here brand new apartments they have the washer and dryer everything new. Stores are close from the apartments the schools are great as well
