This is a chill place to live. There is no guest parking which is a down side to living in the apartment. Convenient living to a food hall which is helpful for a late night snack.
I have enjoyed staying at the Davy. It is very convenient to everything and walking distance to campus. The rooms and appliances are new and nice. The courtyard and the weight room are great amenities as well.
Great apartments and quick to help out with any concerns you may have. Spacious kitchens and fully furnished with great amenities. Wood recommend to any student
I enjoy living here. The apartment itself is nicer than pretty much any other apartment I’ve seen in Knoxville. The amenities are also really nice.

Amazing place to live at and great location! I love the pool and gym area. I go just about everyday to both of the areas. I highly recommend living at the Davy!

It is a great community with very useful and accessible amenities! The proximity to campus is very convenient, and I have never had any trouble getting help from maintenance.

Very clean and nice apartments! All the staff is very nice and seem to really care about the residents. My only complaint would be that maintenance does not always know what they are doing, and sometimes they don't actually fix the issues in our apartment.

I really like the apartment and the amenities. There are a couple issues such as the hot tub not being in service. I also wish that the courtyard was open lager and noise was just monitored rather than closing so early.

There are too many ants, however, the actual apartment is nice. There is plenty of storage throughout the entire place which is awesome. The maintenance team works really hard.

It has been great overall. Very little to complain about other than my room has ants crawling through the walls. I was able to fix this issue no stress.

It’s a brand new building with so many issues. The appliances are mediocre, our tv didn’t even fit on the stand they gave us, we randomly get ants every week, and the hot water is inconsistent. The mail room is a disaster and the parcel room is even worse. Security is useless until it’s time to kick you out of the courtyard at 10:00 pm on a Saturday. There have been numerous bike thefts from the Davy parking garage yet no one will release security camera footage. The leasing office even turned away KPD officers from obtaining footage. They don’t take care of you here, it’s not worth the price at all.

If you are experiencing pest control issues, please also be sure to let us know so we can have you on our Pest Control Log as they do come weekly on Thursdays. We would also love to speak with you regarding your concerns about our mailroom and parcel room. As for the bike thefts, we always have and will cooperate with local law enforcement. We would love to show them any footage as requested by KPD. For your bikes, we do encourage you to leave it parked in the restaurant parking garage space. Overall it has been a good place to live but there have been some issues. Maintenance has not been very responsive however the apartments are nice to live in.

Brand new place just off campus, with easy transportation to campus. Luxury apartment with very nice pool and very nice club house. Has been fun.

The apartment is pretty good overall, but there is a lot of problems due to how quick and sloppily this place was put together. Broken dishwasher, missing spots of paint on the wall, lights not working, water not hooked up, sockets hanging out of the wall, etc (just to name a few). About the dishwasher, it still hasn’t been fixed in the month and a half we’ve been here and there’s been no compensation whatsoever. The management here sucks for manyyyy reasons.

I enjoy living here! The amenities are very nice, and I am happy with my apartment. Visitor parking was taken away so guests must find off site parking which is a major inconvenience. Management sometimes makes sudden changes without warning such as the clubhouse and gym closing at night for 2 weeks instead of being 24/7 as advertised. Overall, though, the Davy is a good choice for student housing.

Our apartment has had problems for weeks and when we moved in there was an insane ant problem and we have to be so careful or they will come back. The club house closes at 10:00 pm but the website and when we signed our leases it said 24-hour clubhouse. The apartments were built quick and cheap. I can hear what the person above me is watching on tv and sometimes conversation. The insulation is terrible. Some of our outlets are already burnt out (we haven't really even used them more than twice). Our fire alarm goes off at random times throughout the night and they have come to "fix" it twice but it keeps happening. They don't care about us they just want our money.

Ant problem is bad, People also don't through their trash down the chute. The rooms where also very clearly slapped together in a few minute, with paint stains on the floors and smudges on the walls.

The amenities are top notch, but the management is terrible. Parking and towing situation is beyond terrible. Not to mention how little management does to protect visitors from being towed from literal visitor spots.

The apartments were definitely rushed, lots of maintenance problems and a lack of good communication with tenants. Management is not great at hearing grievances and often ends up getting passive aggressive. The price you pay to live here does not match with what has been promised.

I am really enjoying the Davy, it is a great property and the amenities and space available in the rooms is amazing. My only complaints is that parking is a racket as there is no reason it should cost that much to park, and there is paint missing around water pipes in bathrooms. Other than that the Davy is a great place for an apartment

Apartment is great and building is nice. Rent is a little high and not able to use amenities late at night. Office feels out of touch with residents

I love my apartment and how cozy it is! My fav part is our walk in closets!!! I also love our pool view! I'm so excited for my year ahead with my fabulous roommates!

The amenities here are nice although the lack of insulation in the walls makes it difficult to sleep and not hear the noise in every apartment around us and when you’re anywhere below the fourth floor, you can hear everything going on above. Also, it’s frustrating not having the amenities be open later than 9 PM, also the visitor parking is frustrating because I’ve had friends get towed without clarification on where they should be going instead.

We did have a time restraint on indoor amenities due to noise disturbing nearby units, however, they are now back open 24/7. Visitor parking has now been changed to resident parking spots that are paid for. We have sent out several emails stating to have you or your guests to avoid parking in those spaces as you are subject to be towed. We unfortunately cannot give recommendations on where to park elsewhere as that is not our property. Overall, we do understand how these may have been inconveniences to you, and we take all reviews seriously to ensure we are making this place a place people love to call home. Living here has been so great! The amenities are all really nice and the apartment is so much nicer than every other one I’ve been in to. My favorite part about the apartment is our kitchen

The Davy is a really nice place to live. The amenities are honestly amazing and the rooms are a good size and very nice. However, I can tell the apartment was built fast because there are some things not done well such as chipped paint and some other unfinished work. On top of that, the leasing staff or whoever helps run the Davy seem a little unorganized which has been slightly frustrating but I’m cutting them some slack since the apartment just opened and I’d imagine they’re still trying to get the hang of things.

Amazing amenities. I moved in and everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay so far. It is close to campus and the 44 bus is the perfect way to ge to campus if you don’t have a car. It drops you off right at the student union

Great apartment complex, but I would not recommend the D3 plan. I am in the bedroom right next to the kitchen and it is loud!! Plus I wake up to the train. But love the pool, maintenance has been good. We had an ant problem first month of living here.

The amenities are great and the apartment itself is very nice. However, the walls are very thin and the vents in the rooms make it so that you can hear absolutely everything happening in your apartment.

I truly love it here so much!! the pool and gym are such great things to have access to on the weekends, after school or a day off. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and fixes problems fast a quick. Leasing office is super nice and easy to reach out to. The only complaint is inside the unit, the walls are thin! I can hear most everything clearly when my door is shut. Other than that I love The Davy and so far have recommended it to all my friends!

It’s ok but management is hard to reach and not friendly. The apartment is nice but really tiny and the parking is not really as described unfortunately

Really nice amenities, I love the common area and the gym, and the pool as well. The only thing I would suggest is having the gym open later hours, and to fix the package problem. I’ve had 3 packages delivered and each time I’ve spent 45 minutes sifting through hundreds of packages, as the system needs to be revised or people need to be emailed that they’ve got something delivered.
