Rent too high. Water bill is very high for tiny apt. with no washer included. It's outrageous to charge a monthly fee for having your rent posted online and paying online.

The complex is quiet for the most part and clean!! The staff is nice, work orders are completed in a tinely manner. I dont understand how there are no parks/play area for kids but there is dog parks. And there us not enough visitor parking at all.

The process was great and smooth, only problem is when I moved in there were roaches. Idk if it was worse before I moved in. I’ve purchased my owns products to kill them off as I see them. It’s the only affordable place to rent in the area. In the future I will definitely do more research on renting. I’ve use ultrasonic waves to kill off what I can. Purchased traps, placed them down. I know I won’t stay here for long. 1 month update: I’ve never dealt with roaches until living here. Guys careful & strategic of renting here. 2 month update: I guess the roaches are here to stay. I’ve never dealt with this before. So if you move in, you’re moving into the roaches home. The office is aware and takes appropriate measures to take care of issues that arises. The pest issue though idk if it’s the company they work with but the effects after spraying has no effect whatsoever.

The Dawson Apartments nestled in the heart of Tampa Palms. Five years had passed since moving into their spacious apartment, and their time there had been nothing short of extraordinary. The apartment boasted a panoramic view of the lush greenery that surrounded the complex. Each morning, they would wake up to the soothing sounds of birds chirping and the gentle rustling of leaves in the wind. The balcony, adorned with pots of vibrant flowers, was the perfect spot for a cup of coffee as they watched the sun rise over the horizon. The highlight of living at the Dawson Apartments was the breathtaking water feature that ran through the property. I have nothing to complain about. A very relaxed apartment living community. A good mix of young people, families, and older people. Maintenance is good. My only real complaint would be that the dumpsters are not large enough to accommodate the amount of trash created in the community.

The apartments are well maintained, the staff are very communicative, the residents all seem very nice. I have had a great experience so far and am enjoying my space.

I love having my own space but I’ve stumbled across a lot of issues during move in. Management is great but just a lot of cosmetic and very old appliance issues.

Love the environment!!! Its quiet for the lost part in my area, outside of the fire alarms randomly going off. I havent had any issues with maintenance coming out when needed. Very spacious floorplan which i love the most

Very nice apartment. maintenance is quick and front office request are on time. Love the community and how quiet it is. I wish the valet trash and trash wasn’t so much especially that i don’t use it but it’s whatever.

My move in process was so swift and assuring! I personally worked with Latonya and Destiny and they were so kind, patient, and helpful! From the application process, getting approved, and signing my lease took less than a week, and it only took that long because of me! The process was great, only problem is when I moved in there were roaches. Idk if it was worse before I moved in. I’ve purchased my owns products to kill them off as I see them. It’s the only affordable place to rent. In the future I will do more research, I’ve use ultrasonic waves to kill off what I can. Purchased traps, place them down. I know I won’t stay here for long.

Overall the apartments are great it is the type of place i have been looking for. There are a few amenities that I thought i was going to get and was expecting so i was a little disappointed but in all its great.
