Are number one concerned with living at this Pacific location? Was during the time of the air conditioning breaking. We had to buy a unit twice. The size of the temporary AC unit offered, which didn't cool anything more than the living room. Considering the temperature outside was a 118°. degrees, we had to rent a room. With that being said, we are extremely happy with the maintenance team having to deal with the faulty equipment that they have to maintain and the leasing office does a fantastic job. Thank you.
We are not happy for being charged for the pools in the other building when we can’t even use it because they’re not completed, but we’re still being charged for it. Plus, they won’t fix anything and I still have some unpainted walls from damage leaking from other apartments and they won’t fix it cause I told him I can’t have them use latex paint. I’m allergic to latex and they need to use non-latex. Also, I put a order in. They put it completed and they haven’t done it. We still have scorpions and roaches really bad and that was not like that when we moved in we didn’t bring them. They’re here. It’s awful.

They never fix anything, Pools never open anymore. They charge you for everything but breathing... This new management has no idea what they are doing!! And rents going up again!!

Not pleased with the service of this apartment complex. Maintenance does not fix issues. You file your service request, wait days to even weeks only to find out the service is marked closed out. No one comes to fix anything. You complain about this and front desk just says they will file another service request. I would not recommend this place. Very disappointed with service here. Additionally, the yard is trash. Maintenance jus5 drives around and not clean up anything.

Amazingly beautiful apartments. Santa Margarita small quiet community were you can know your neighbors. A beautiful clean swimming pool in the center with covered parking spaces. Just minutes away from mostly everything. I love it here

We moved in only 10 months ago and we've had countless issues. They've already had to replace the water heater and the garbage disposal. They also have had to come 2 or 3 times to fix the a/c. It's clearly obvious they rushed the job and did things poorly before we moved in. The accounting department never cashed the check I gave them for rent in March and have been trying to charge me late fees for their negligence. Now to top all of that, apparently there is a leak under the floor and I'm currently trapped in my bedroom because my entire apartment is blocked off while they jackhammer the floors to find the leak and eventually fix everything up again (poorly, I'm sure.) Oh, plus there are a lot of scorpions in the summer, so unless you love scorpions, I'd recommend staying away.
The maintenance crew and office staff sucks they charges you fees out of nowhere. Maintenance shows up when they feel like it And I believe one of them used my bathroom when they so called did repairs. The office staff Jessica is rude and has no compassion or understanding of anything. They have a high turnover so everytime you turn around its new office girls who have no respect and Is just as rude as the other lady. When you call there is nothing perfessional about them this is not a good place to live don’t do it RUN it takes maintenance a month to fix stuff also. The neighbors park where ever they want they could careless about the assigned parking when you tell the office they don’t do anything about it they sit at those desk and google all day
This is a beautiful place to live it is very quiet and peaceful Kyle and Jessica are very understanding .
PERFECT LOCATION IN THIS CITY INDOOR/OUTDOOR SWIMMING EXCELENT AND WELL MAINTAINED COMMON AREAS. INCREDIABLE STAFF, STATE OF THE ART GYM FOR WORKOUT EXTREMELY SAFE GATED COMMUNITY WITH ALARM IN EACH UNIT.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Vista Del Rey apartments on 01/03/2015 which I just found by searching the internet and I had the pleasure of meeting with the Assistant Property Manager who by the way was very nice and professional and was the only person in the office that day. At the time when I arrived it was just me in the office and the 2 maintenance men whom by the way were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable when I arrived and said that Noe had stepped out to show an apartmnent but would be back shortly.So by then 2 more people had arrived to look at the model as well so to keep Noe from having to show the model 3 seperate times well agreed to do a group tour which was a fun experience for all of us and the others were nice as well too. I can say after seeing the model apartment I was very impressed with the lay out and I was also impressed that you had the option to have any room in the apartment painted out of the 4 choices they had to offer just wonderful. I ask alot of questions and all were answered professionally. The property is well kept, the grounds, pools, bathrooms, office, etc are all up to par just wonderful and you can tell that the owner of the property has no problem spending money to continue making his property look so ravishing and comfortable to live. I have visited about 6 apartments in the last few months and out of the 6 I found 3 to my liking and this one will have to be number one becauses it offers all that I want in an apartment and I am definitely a REVIEW person I read reviews on all the apartments that I look at and then I go and visit to see if its like I read and this apartment complex has the best reviews I have read so far 2 out of the 6 got 5 out of 5 and I was again impressed with that so I am so hoping that I can become a tenant at the Vista Del Rey as soon as they have an opening I think I would be very happy there. So I just wanted to let you know that just from my visit I am giving you 5 stars and for you all to keep up the good work so that you can continue receiving the 5 star status. From a possible future Tenant
vista del rey is a very nice place to live, the grounds are well kept, pools ar very nice, the apartment is very nice and big.
Informations are clear. Documentation is of value. Excellent to find decisions.
I am writing to share some experiences that could have been better. Once, when maintenance came to my unit to take care of a problem I asked them to take their shoes off and one of them seemed annoyed and made a comment about our shoes that was in the entry. The unit is our residence and they should respect that. Another time I called the emergency after hours because the toilet broke and when they didn't respond to my voice message two hours later I called again (they answered the phone#. The individual said he didn't get my voice message. I would like to be fair to staff person "P" however there is a limit. Twice I spoke to her directly, at two separate incidents, and she made arrangements with me for maintenance #one arrangement was a specific time which I left work to meet) and it didn't occur. I called to follow-up both times and Star answered the phone. She handled both requests. Recently, I called the office to discuss an issue and "P" answered. She got defensive which I believe wasn't necessary from my demeanor, and made implications in her defense.
