The Delano at North Richland Hills Apartments

I've been living at the Delano for six enjoyable years. The office staff is A number one. The Delano team is always willing to listen to you and to help you with your needs. Also, I love the location, with pharmacy, grocery shopping, access to 820 North, etc.

I would recommend this apartment community because of location and the professionalism and willingness of Pat, the leasing professional, to accommodate my request.

I would recommend family and friends. Best maintenance team I've every seen in the DFW area.

The only reason I would not recommend this complex is because of having to have AT&T. I do not like AT&T.

I would recommend this place but the rent is what would run them off. The is high here I know in order to live well you have to oay for it but at least consider the thought in lowering the cost a little bit or at least for the resident that have live here fir a year or more.

I have really enjoyed living here. However, I am noticing that the grounds are suffering. There is trash everywhere and it stays a long time. I have not experienced this previously. It makes everything look uncared for and really second rate. Possibly more maintenance workers are needed to get things in shape and keep them in shape. Also, the grounds could use a lot of grass and/or ground cover. It' bare and sandy. Weeds are everywhere with almost no grass. It' a dust bowl in some areas. Thank you for addressing these matters.

today we went on our tour of the property and the lady that gave us the info was great and i hope we get to move in soon it was a great experience.

My significant other and me went in to view a specific unit to find the consultant fumbling to buckle his pants. He walked us to a unit only to not have the key. We then called for an estimate of the renovated Barcelona. We asked our question and the man then asked what he could do for us. He sounded stoned and disinterested. We restated the question and he asked what a Barcelona was. Nevermind and that’ll be a no from us. I’ve never had a more bizarre touring (without the tour) experience.

The grounds are neat/clean/manicured. Unit shown was spacious & updated.I liked the layout of the space provided & that an attached garage was available.

Over all the maintenance personal here is always top of the line everyone that I have come in contact with is amazing

This apartment seems great from the outside. Most of the staff are very nice and the maintenance is very prompt. I have lived in apartments for a very long time and have had my fair share of some that were not so great. When I signed on with The Delano I thought this was going to be a very different experience for me...it was a little bit pricier and the environment seemed more family friendly. I just knew this was not going to be one of those apartment complexes where people have parties every night with all kinds of people coming and going that don't live there. As far as that aspect goes....I was right. BUT............the management at this complex is horrible. I am not one of those tenants that constantly has problems or puts in a ton of maintenance tickets. So when there were maybe 3/4 times I had an issue in the 3 years that I lived here, it was hard to get someone to even call me back. Loyalty means nothing to these people. Every year I received my lease renewal they increased. But not by a normal amount....the first year they increased my rent $150. And the next year it was another $100. Now I was prepared to pay a little more for safety and niceness if the units....the gate never worked. They would fix it, but it only worked for about a month. It would be broken for about 3 months and then they would fix it again to only work for a few weeks at a time. They also liked to do these "inspections" which to me can be a violation of privacy. I don't want a bunch of people going through my apartment all the time. I understand if they have to spray for bugs or need to check the fire alarms, but this was not the case. They would say it was for outlets or patios....but either way I feel like they wanted in my apartment way more than they needed to be. I really felt that management just wanted to see what everyone had in their house. I have never been so dissatisfied with an apartment complex before. I wouldn't even reccomend this place to an enemy.

Cheaper to stay in house feel made up things to cause me to pay extra because the floor was already scratched prior to moving in oven not clean when moved in expected tip top clean when wasn't at the time of move

Amenities were nice, apartment was nice and rent was reasonable.

Quiet complex, fast response to maintenance request, apartment was well prepared for move in, move in process was made easier by office staff.

I have enjoyed living here for the past 7 years. I have always felt safe and taken care of whenever I need anything! However, when my rent went up by $117.00 at my last renewal I realized it was time to make a change.

It was very well maintained and had great closet space very roomy for an apartment. Kitchen was disappointing. Rent was a bit high. I pay just a little more for a new townhouse.

All personal are friendly, this community feels like home and has since the day I moved in.

This is the first complex where I feel that I am mainly getting my value from my rent.

I found that the complex is wonderful I love Miss Pat she was great she work with me and finding me a four bedroom we were in your other properties the metals and we loved it also but we needed more space

This apartment complex feels very warm and quiet and for anyone who amount of rent is not a concern, I would most certainly recommend. If it wasn’t for me being a poor teacher, I would jump on the opportunity to live here.

Great management team-very helpful and kind. Clean public shared spaces and nice apartments with updated decor and appliances. My only concern about safety was that someone tried to enter my apartment twice late at night by pulling on the door and twisting the handle.

The apartments are really nice, the community is pretty and quiet. But with some of the difficulties I originally had with the move in, my experience was a little bit sour.

Staff and maintenance went over and beyond!! Would definitely recommend and would live here again if the need ever arose!!
