Great Property In Fantastic Location
The Delta Apartments are in a great country like setting but minutes from all the shopping, Griffiss Tech Park etc. Beautiful spacious apartments with a very nice fit and finish.

New management not so great
They are under new management and maintenance has gone downhill. Walks aren’t shoveled and plowing doesn’t show up til late morning/afternoon. Mailman can’t get to mailboxes

Great place!
I moved in a month ago and couldn't be happier. The units are gorgeous, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. The garages are so big you can easily fit 2 sedans inside. Best place in Rome, for sure.
