Home to UCLA, Westwood lies on the west side of the city and is considered to be one of Los Angeles’ premier neighborhoods. Bordered by Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, and Century City, multimillion dollar homes populate the landscape and students pay a premium to rent near campus.
The university itself serves as a major cultural center for the community, including on-campus attractions (such as the Fowler Museum and the Franklin D. Murphy Sculpture Garden) and university-affiliated venues off-campus (The Hammer Museum, the Geffen Playhouse), as well as the presence of thousands of students and faculty members throughout the neighborhood.
Directly south of campus, Westwood Village is a historic shopping district that features blocks of restaurants and businesses catering to both students and the neighborhood’s larger workforce. Many prominent corporations and law offices are found along Wilshire Boulevard, one of the busiest east-west transit corridors across the city.

Property Ratings at The Den On Levering
The worst neighbors you will every have. A bunch of spoiled kids with no regard for others. Enjoy never sleeping again.
For one, I agree with everything the previous review has to say, "Awful Place." I wish I listened to them before living there for 2 years. However, the management of the building is worse than the building itself. The on-site manager is very friendly but only deals with maintenance. If you have any questions or concerns about billing, the "portfolio manager" is supposed to be the contact, but he doesn't answer phone calls, return calls, answer emails, etc. I tried to contact upper management via researching OnTrack's website, but they purposely make it very difficult to contact them. There are no emails or phone numbers listed on their website. I think they are hoping that they can just charge for things not on the lease and then hope people will give up if they make it impossible for their tenants to contact them? Avoid living here at all costs.
First of all, the walls here are very, very thin. It's so thin that you can even hear the conversations between your neighbors. This problem is exacerbated by the many inconsiderate college students here who play music loudly from Friday to Sunday and host multiple parties every weekend. You better have the LAPD noise complaint line on speed dial. You also won't get any signal if you unless you use AT&T. This place may look nice, but from closer inspection you can tell that this place was built very quickly and carelessly. There are many paint splatters all over the floors, bathroom tilings that keep coming out, shower doors that keep leaking, lightbulbs that break after just 3 months, and the water takes FOREVER to get hot. I'd say about 2-3 minutes, which is ridiculous considering California is in a drought and will rack up your water bills. The management here is also pretty bad, mediocre at best. The head manager or whatever, Mina, is so bad at her job. She is basically impossible to contact and for some reason checks for rent keep disappearing, or we get billed for rent that we've already paid. The management people also lie to you a lot. We had a bad experience signing the lease because they lied to us about something, can't go into detail here. I've also heard the management telling a potential tenant that "The ceilings are made from concrete, so noise from your neighbors won't be a problem at all!" An obvious lie based on my experience.
