Property Ratings at The Denver House
management and maintenance are top notch. location is great. I like the apartment layout. stores are close as well as restaurants and bars. rents are reasonable. amenities are very nice.
I lived in the Denver House for a total of ~5 years. The management was always friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for walking to just about anything. My apartment was on the 11th floor facing West with an awe inspiring view. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I love the management at this property, always helpful and nice and caring. I had the west facing apartment with an amazing view of the mountains with no buildings in the way. Great neighbors as well same with the amazing maintenance, they always responded quick and always fixed the issue in a timely manner.
