Lived here for 3 years now, through the staff changes and management changes. I have never had an issue with anyone. Everyone is super helpful! They do a great job keeping the grounds clean. Also maintenance does a great job accommodating requests and fixing issues. Everyone on the staff has been extremely willing to help me resolve any issues that may occur and it is always done in a timely manner. They are also very considerate and professional.

AWFUL!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! These people are deceiving and money hungry!!! This place is nothing but a disaster!!!!! They care nothing about residents and only want what they can get out of you!!!! The staff is extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and rude!!!! Have had the worst and most dreadful living experience here and management has done nothing to help me!!!!!!!! There is a constant staff turnover and numerous vacant apartments!!!! Would give this place ZERO stars if I could!!!!!!!! Not sure how this "ghost" company is still in business!!!!!!! Way too expensive, constant alarm in the hall, trash everywhere, incompetent maintenance, everything’s always broken, and the management are all super rude.

You definitely do not want me to spread the word about my experience here at the district. I have regularly seen syringes or syringe caps around the grounds. I even found a dirty syringe in the elevator lobby of building 400.

The management team is slow to respond and is not timely in fixing issues around the community. Amenities are removed or restricted without notice, little cleaning is done on the grounds or in hallways, exterior lighting is limited and left unfixed for long periods of time, and during bad weather roads and sidewalks are not treated or scraped.

Unfortunately there is dog waste EVERYWHERE! The apartments themselves are fairly quiet. Common areas, like entryways and elevators, need better upkeep and could use a good cleaning. For some reasons, many of the street lights are out, and have been for months.

Great location in the biltmore village area. Modern apartment complex with tons of amenities. Awesome gym with really nice equipment. Actual apartment is awesome too, huge bathroom with a walk in closet attached. Very happy with my living situation.

Community Management doesnt address concerns or issues. But if you want maintenance to fix something, they are fantastic!
The District is a nice apartment complex with clean rooms, great services and friendly residents. It has a nice community area - pool and gym. There are social activities to help people get to know each other. It is convenient to stores, downtown and Mission Hospital for employees who work there. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Moving here to the District Apartments gave me the same feeling as moving into my home. Great environment for all ages. The amenities are numerous, the residents are friendly and management is very prompt. The apartments are roomy, and comfortable and safe. I relocated from Long Island and saw three different apartment complexes in the surrounding area. When I got to the District I was done. I give the District Apartments a 5 star on a scale of 1-5! From the front office to repairmen to valet pickup, I am very pleased I moved in here.
While I love my apartment and the location, I am less than happy with management. They are unresponsive and cleaning of common areas is very poor. The tenants do not respect the property and I know this is distressing. Rules for living in a large complex are not followed and there is NO enforcement. I could go on.

A very neighborly place, especially important during these times.
There is a person who lives below me that smokes off and on all day on the balcony. Are people allowed to smoke in their Apartments here? That seems absurd. And balconies are part of the apartment. I'm so confused and sad. I can't spend time out on my balcony very often because of that.
When I was looking for apartments, I could tell that the district was a notch above other complexes because the buildings are new, there are many amenities, and the management staff is very responsive and helpful. Since moving in, I like that it is quiet, has modern finishes, and ample parking.
The District is the perfect location in Ashevlle, NC for upscale, secure apartment living. Perched up on a hill overlooking the splendor of Biltmore Village, each unit has its own special ambiance. Ours has a wonderful balcony mountain view and a spectacular sunset we look forward to each day. The interior is comfortable and filled with modern appliances and amenities. The outdoor pool and grill area is fantastic. Its the best apartment community in the area!

The District is the perfect location for comfortable and enjoyable, upscale apartment living. Perched on a hillside overlooking the fabulous Biltmore Village, this is the best central location to everything in Asheville. The buildings are safe, secure and the units are spacious and well appointed. The amenities such as the pool and grilling areas are very nice. A great, eclectic group of all ages and personalities live here and get along great. The apartment office also provides a wide array of great social activities to get to know your neighbors. Its my 4th and favorite place to have lived in Asheville.

The District Apartments is a wonderful community. The staff is always on hand for any questions or needs you may have. I will say, this is the first time Ive rented and I can compare it to the comfort and privacy I experienced in my own home. Its a wonderful place to reside.
We have lived here for a year and a half and have found the apartment complex one of the best we ever resided. The administrative staff and maintenance technicians are the BEST! Very pleased with the community here.

The District is a very friendly community. From the beginning of the rental process to fast reply and execution on maintenance issues this place exceeds expectations.
It has been such a pleasure to have lived at The District since my move from Houston. All requests for maintenance, which has been relatively few, has been handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The staff are excellent, friendly and pay attention to detail.
A peaceful well located community with respectful neighbors-some with fur! Nice layouts and amenities and responsive staff and maintenance.
