My roommate and I recently moved into the District at Tuttle and have no complaints. We love our apartment (we are in the 3 bedroom) and could not beat the price when looking at similar setups within other communities. Great gym and other amenities. Colby was a huge help and very transparent when we were in the process of touring and eventually signing the lease. Would recommend.

We like this place. Jacob from the leasing office has been super helpful from the beginning of the walk-in tour to the moving-in. This place is always kept clean, and we enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home to consider a place Champion manages.

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and it’s been great! The few maintenance requests I’ve put in have all been completed within 24 hours. The staff is super nice and they have good amenities - gym, pool, Starbucks coffee machine. There haven’t been any noise issues and it’s very close to a lot of food places and shopping which I like. I toured a lot of different apartment complexes and this one was the nicest and most updated by far.

Helena and Victoria were friendly, caring and thorough throughout the entire application and move in processes. Their manner was very inviting and they were both knowledgeable about what the property offers. Could not have asked for anything more. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are kept clean and the community is conveniently located. Great place to call home.

I’ve been at The District for going on 3 years now and absolutely love it!!! Great community and programming to keep everyone engaged. Recently bought out by a new group (Champion) and they’ve already implemented some amazing initiatives like a recycling program that comes straight to your door every week! The staff in office is so friendly and go above and beyond to help + make you feel at home. It’s the little things that show they really care about the community and the people living here. I would and do recommend anyone to live here!

BEWARE- New management team is taking a great community and running it into the ground. I’ve been here officially in my own unit for a few weeks with several maintenance requests in. When I moved in, it was apparent that it was not cleaned, just new carpet and paint. I know they’re short-staffed but how hard is good communication? I miss the old leasing office team and the community events they planned for us. It made this place welcoming, fun and made me feel like all the money I am spending to live here was worth it. Unless there are changes, I won't be resigning
This community has really gone down hill. Prices have continuously gone up and the community has suffered several car break ins. Also Tuttle itself, is a dying mall and recently had several shootings and murders nearby. When we moved out they charged us $200 for parking passes, which are essentially cheap pieces of plastic. They also charged us additional cleaning fees even though we spent $400 on professional cleaners. They also have a deal with Red Energy where they'll charge you almost $250 per month for Electric. This place is a rip off and if you're looking for something nice, the amenities don't make up for it.
I loved living here for the first year. New management came in and immediately ruffled a lot of feathers. Many residents do not like what they are doing and are talking of leaving. When you complain, they ignore you. They disabled the community app ability to chat between residents - all posts must be approved by them first, so naturally all posts that point out their poor management are deleted. Do not move here if possible.
There is a serious crime problem and the office does nothing about it. Every month or so a string of cars will get broken into and all the office does is tell residents to lock their doors. We have been broken into twice-our doors were locked both times. The office has canned responses, but will take no action. I have lived here for almost three years and have realized they will never do more to protect their residents. I cannot wait to move out. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

I Love it here. I’ve been in my one bedroom for a a little over a year now and I feel like I can leave an accurate review. The amenities are just right for me with the gym being close as well as coffee/hot-chocolate and a pool that isn’t too crowded in the summer. The apartment has the best amount of storage areas for a small apartment- and I have lived in a lot of them. its just a smart layout. This is also one of the more pet friendly apartments I have lived in.

I’ve lived at the District For about eight months! The staff is amazing and always helpful. work orders are completed promptly. The apartments are beautiful. I love the vaulted ceiling‘s and 24 hour gym access! The Starbucks coffee is a definite bonus (Also 24 hours)

We could not be happier to see that you have had nothing less than a positive experience over your eight months here. If you were to ever need anything in the near future, please be sure to let us know. Thanks again!
This apartment complex looks GREAT from the outside, but take a look closer and it's all so....meh! The interior fixtures are very cheap (sink, towel racks, carpet..even the barn doors that were surely built by the owners cousin). The exterior looks great from afar, but once you get closer you find the units are covered in dirt, spiders, bugs and the worst part is they sit there for months because nothing is every swept. The service is set up well. Meaning, it's easy to place a service request. The follow through is horrible. Most issues are ignored or not resolved. The tenants turn over every year. Nobody stays. Everybody gets out of their lease the second they possibly can. That right there tells you everything you need to know about this place. Keep searching, you'll find something!
I moved into the district about 3 months ago and love my apartment. They offer 24 hour Starbucks coffee and 24 hour gym access. It is super convienent when I can't sleep or have to work late. The manager Brittany and Josh were very helpful with me moving from out of state and made my move less stressful. I highly recommend this to anyone!
Used to be a nice place with a welcoming staff. New staff is awful. Utility prices seem to be based on level of occupancy of the complex. Lower occupancy translates to 2-2.5x monthly bill amounts. Not a luxury apartment by any definition of the word but was still tolerable up until the new staff took over management.
After a long, tiresome search for the perfect apartment, my roommate and I found The District at Tuttle. It is an equal distance away from both of our employers, has quick access to 270 (and easy access to 315 and 71) and is brand new. Besides being excited about being the first tenants, I died and went to heaven when I saw my barn doors. Both rooms have walk-through closets to the bathrooms and are framed with beautiful barn doors. I was told the complex stopped putting barn doors on units in the middle of the second phase (sorry phase three, I guess you didn't even have an option) but I love them and any other apartment, no matter how convenient or affordable, could get my mind off those doors.
These apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived in. Community is nice & so are the people. Extremely dog friendly which I love. The inside of the apartments are so beautiful. I highly suggest these to anyone!!
